ASMR is actually really good for sound therapy. Oral noises and whispering send me into a panic so I’ve started listening to ASMR to train my sensory input into handling them better.
Can you do another mermaid video focused on scale tapping, scratching, and just sounds in general, but without talking please? I would love that so much.
