I love the Optimum system. You can also spray Car Wax or Opti-Seal while the panel is still damp from your ONR wipe, then you’ll have a dry, protected surface all in one step. Nice video!
Pretty much any polish will fill due to it's residual polishing oils. However, the fillers should be easily removed with a prep wipe. Some fillers are much more "durable" than others. Did you do a prep wiped after polishing to ensure maximum bond? Nice job!!!
Chelsea, loving your content so far. Keep it up! Few questions: 1) i couldn't quite tell in the time lapse but did you change out pads (or clean them) during the polishing phase? 2) Have you tried Nanoskin Multiclean for tires? Its extremely inexpensive for a gallon and works great! I usually do 1:1 for tires but you could probably go higher depending on situation. The NS lineup is so value oriented its pretty crazy. You should also try their Si02 Spray and Rinse. Its only 6 bucks on amzn and would be perfect when you want to add some quick protection for your maintenance clients. :)
I changed pads with every panel and did that off screen. I edited a lot out of the polishing as it was boring stuff. Lots of up down up down. I haven't tried too many nanoskin products but the ones I have I absolutely love. Their glide is a fantastic clay lubricant especially with their quick clay sponges along with nano skin bubble bath. Yes you are correct everything of theirs is very affordable. I have a lot of products in my arsenal right now that I need to use up but in the future I will definitely keep them in mind.
love your video's Chelsea hope you can help. in the description you say "Then used ONR along with their new clay towel to wash and decontaminate at the same time. " Can you describe this better plz, did you spray ONR solution and then use the clay towel to gently do wash and clay at same time??? ty jimmy
Yes. You can have your clay towel soaking in ONR but pretreat the panels or do your rinse less wash on your panel first then before drying take your clay towel and do a quick decon. Then spray spray wax and dry. You’ve now washed, coated and sealed the vehicle super fast
At first I had some anxiety that the hand wash portion was done with the clay towel but then I realize if the plan is to polish and there’s a minimum marring then there’s no problem. If it was a maintenance wash without polishing then maybe you would wash with the optimum sponge first and then do a follow up step with clay after.
Fantastic video I too offer a similar package and am definitely going to switch to this method. I'm curious though where did you pick up the clay towel I cant seem to find it.
Nice work Chelsea. How did this process go with the wheels and tires? You may have persuaded me to try the clay towel. Right now I am using a maxshine medium clay block and really like it. This time of the year the clay starts to become hard with the cold so I am willing to try new options.
It is the easiest clay mitt I've ever used on paint. I ended up using the hose and Optimum power clean for the tires and wheels as the Meguiar's waterless wheel and tire cleaner wasn't to the level that I was looking for for a professional detail. But yeah check out that towel it's fantastic.
Once again, great video, snd great timing, my Autoality Order was delivered today with Gtechniq C2V3, I super stoked to try it. How dors the gliss compare to the Collinite 845 you used the other day?
Better gloss from what I can tell but I also polished it so it wasn't a true test. C2v3 apparently gets glossier as it cures so until I do more tests with it I can't say if it's truly better or not. But both had great gloss.
Great video as always Chelsea. I'm glad I'm finding these videos of yours more often on my YT recommends now. Haha. Question: What dilution did you use for the ONR during the claying step? Also, you had mentioned I should go for the C2V3. Unfortunately, it's not available locally here. I have ordered the Optimum spray wax though. That should come in a few days. Can't wait!
Hello Chelsea. Keep up the good work on those videos. I'm always looking for new tricks and new products. My question is. Does the home owner association tell you anything as far as washing vehicles at your place?
@@attention2detailswchelsea Oh ok. My HOA is strict, I called and asked and they said No. And I have a neighbor that I don't talk to and he is part of the HOA. Is like he is just waiting for us to do something wrong.

Great video! I am really enjoying your content. I'm in MN just getting started and having a hard time landing on pricing. Could you give me some insight. What are your different packages? Thanks
Check out my website at www.a2dlancaster.com to see all my prices and packages. I can do ala carte based on customers needs as well as ceramic coatings but those would require a consultation and quote vs a flat rate. Prices vary based on condition so I give the customer a variable so they're at least not sticker shocked.
Technically no it's not because an all-in-one is going to have protection in it but I used it in my All-In-One Polish and protect package because I wanted a longer lsp than a typical AIO would provide since we're getting into winter so I did a dedicated polish and then c2v3. But it took the same amount of time to complete as a AIO which is meant more for enhancements than correction. This can give good cut if worked longer.

I have to start applying this method to my services. Nice video, I see wat you mean by some people got trigger about door jambs. Lol
Great video, I would suggest using Ferrex as your clay lube to remove any brake dust metal contamination on the paint.
That gloss is ridiculous..... WOW!!!
Great video. 👍👍👍

I believe thats at the 256:1 dilution ration. They have the recommended ratios on the bottle based on the use.
