Im surprised that this game supports odd resolutions like these, this could possibly mean it will play along well with CRT Monitors.
Its a 16:9 Resolution and it keeps image quality well while taking load off the GPU. Games run smoother even at lower fps. Recommend you give it a try but you will have to set the custom resolution.
