WHAT IS THAT THING?!)

Oh yeah I love the Blackwatch team! In terms of the relationships, Reaper and McCree have a master / student relationship, Reaper and Moira have a Doctor / Patient relationship, in terms of Genji though I think he's just a guy they brought along for the ride, I don't believe he has a meaningful relationship with with any of the other people in the Blackwatch crew, though he does seem to talk quite a bit to McCree so maybe they're good work buddies / bros? In terms of the rest of Overwatch? Hmm... Reyes was good friends with Jack and Ana, and is now with Talon so he's got a relationship with Doomfist, Sombra and Widowmaker McCree was the apprentice of Reaper, don't think he has much ties with the rest of the cast to be honest Genji has ties to Hanzo (Brother), Zenyatta (Spiritual Healer) and Mercy (Doctor / Romantic Interest) Moira is Reyes doctor and obviously she performed experiments on him to make him the way he is . Overwatch Interactions Yeah thanks for the info, altough i knew most of what you have said(no offense, im happy someone wanted to help :D), i was more curious about their relationships within as Master-pupil for Gabe and Mcree(whether or not its just formal relation or if they actually like each other in that master-pupil way), because in the Retribution comic you can see them talking and laughing when they come out of the hospital(before it explodes), and i just cant help but wonder how close the characters of Overwatch are to each other? other example: how close were Gabe Ana and Jack? According to Jeff Gabe and Jack were 'best war buddies' so it just begs the question, how close were they? Just war buddies who fought together or actual real friends? Best friends even? And i know that a job like this(being leader of Overwatch and Blackwatch) comes at a price of spending less time with others and stuff, but still...because what we see/hear in the lore/game videos doesnt confirm a lot either, so I am truly curious, because understanding these relations adds a whole lot to the story, we sympathise(wrongly spelled? xd) with people whose story we know, so in my pov its crucial to know the relations not just in Overwatch but to any game.
I'd pay closer attention to the tones of Moira/Reaper interaction. From these voiceclips alone, it sounds like it's less Doc/Patient, and more Scientist/Expirement (That may be a side effect/*quick response* I was joking.)
These interactions definitely show that McCree was close with Gabriel. Maybe even looked up to him. After all, it was Gabe who brought McCree in from Deadlock. McCree also does not like Moira. In all his in game interactions with her he hates working with her. In the cinematic, as he looked around after Reyes shot Antonio, he glanced at Moira, who promptly looked away, then as Jesse approached Gabe, she looked forward again smirking. I think a lot of McCree’s anger came from a feeling of betrayal in this. Genji is just depressed af here tbh. He’s kinda just there and being used as a weapon I think. But McCree and him seem to have a decent conversation here. I think they may be that equivalent of “work best friends” or maybe even friends outside of missions. But we don’t know too much. I personally think it’s totally unsurprising for McCree to be curious about Genji’s cybernetics. He seems like the type. Moira doesn’t really address him. She’s more concerned with sassing Jesse and “reassuring” Gabe. Moira honestly to me is a slimy bitch. I love her for it. But I think she has an agenda. She really seems to treat Reyes more like a person of interest, an experiment more than a patient. I think Reyes doesn’t realize It that much. Basically... Genji is slightly ignored and kept out of the loop, but he seems to have some sort of trust in McCree. McCree and Reyes are close. Moira and McCree will sass and hate til they die. Same here, I wish they did. Interestingly enough, when I was going through his game files I found a "I'm on fire!" voice line, and you can't be on fire in the event, which leads me to believe that they might possibly, one day add the young voice to his Blackwatch and Soldier: 24 skins.
Overwatch Interactions yes. They obviously have all his lines in his younger voice recorded. Just give them to us. Ive played games where voices would change depending on certain items. Why wouldnt Blizzard do the same for Overwatch.
I'm assuming it's because only certain lines are youngified. Not every line his been recorded in his young voice, for instance his interactions, his kill quotes, objective lines etc. I think if we had the young voice in game right now only certain lines would be young, whereas other lines would be in his standard voice, I think Blizzard don't want to ruin the consistency so they're not changing his voice.

One fun thing out of these interactions is the idea of having McCree’s next skin actually be his waiter cover. People loved making comics of how McCree got fired. ^__^
I think the interaction at 5:41 is quite interesting actually, considering Mercy and Tracer have a very similar interaction in Uprising where Mercy asks her how she is doing and Tracer responds, to which Mercy replies the exact same Moira says to Reyes. Considering Tracer probably looked at Mercy as some sort of mentor at the time, it gave off a similar vibe to me between Reyes and Moira.
Moira asked Reyes about potential symptoms related to his biological alterations instructed by her. She wanted to know, if it needed to be improved or if she messed up. Mercy wanted to verify Tracer's well-being despite her first mission.

Seriously, No joke: The dialogue in Retribution is THE BEST character interaction that OW has, Period! And the Retribution event itself is STILL the BEST bit of seasonal content they have! OW2 needs to be As Good as this if it is to have ANY hope of surviving.
Agreed, Retribution is my favourite, and easily the best event they've done so far. OW2 will be amazing if the mission quality will be on par with Retributions.

Same here, I wish they did. Interestingly enough, when I was going through his game files I found a "I'm on fire!" voice line, and you can't be on fire in the event, which leads me to believe that they might possibly, one day add the young voice to his Blackwatch and Soldier: 24 skins.
Overwatch Interactions yes. They obviously have all his lines in his younger voice recorded. Just give them to us. Ive played games where voices would change depending on certain items. Why wouldnt Blizzard do the same for Overwatch.
I'm assuming it's because only certain lines are youngified. Not every line his been recorded in his young voice, for instance his interactions, his kill quotes, objective lines etc. I think if we had the young voice in game right now only certain lines would be young, whereas other lines would be in his standard voice, I think Blizzard don't want to ruin the consistency so they're not changing his voice.
Overwatch Interactions I believe It has actually been confirmed that soldier 24 and blackwatch skin will be getting alternate voice lines, eventually.

I think the interaction at 5:41 is quite interesting actually, considering Mercy and Tracer have a very similar interaction in Uprising where Mercy asks her how she is doing and Tracer responds, to which Mercy replies the exact same Moira says to Reyes. Considering Tracer probably looked at Mercy as some sort of mentor at the time, it gave off a similar vibe to me between Reyes and Moira.

And the Retribution event itself is STILL the BEST bit of seasonal content they have!
OW2 needs to be As Good as this if it is to have ANY hope of surviving.
Agreed, Retribution is my favourite, and easily the best event they've done so far. OW2 will be amazing if the mission quality will be on par with Retributions.
