LOL I screamed...I thought the heavy vegans only made me feel some type of way. I've been slim all my life, and it's in my bloodline to put on a few pounds especially in my older age. I always told people I've never dieted I've just always been conscious of my diet, so even when I get lazy and put on a few pounds I'm able to catch it before it gets to the point where I have to take extreme measures. That's right listen to your body Tony! Working from home can cause a tremendous wear and tear on your body. Having a sedentary life and sitting doesn't allow the body to digest food properly. I stop my eating for the day at 7pm until 7am. Get a workout in the morning and then eating t fuel my body. Yes, you're right eat whole foods. Our gut is the most important part of the body that we MUST take care of. Try me I been through it! Eat organic whole foods and drink water and nuts. Those are great questions to ask yourself!
Tony, I just started last week on a plant based diet 4 days a week. On the 3 days I will eat real meat on a moderate basis. I started it to optimize my workouts to see more results. I work out 7 days a week. Whether it's running, walking, strength training or Reformer Pilates. But with the change of my diet, I feel so much energy even when I haven't slept much. I feel full all the time too. First week down, I feel good. Waiting to see this body cut up like I want. Thanks for the toilet tidbits!😂

Those docs are correct. I've been on the carnivore diet for over year and I've experienced weight loss, healing of autoimmune symptoms, and no more snoring. It's is incredibly healing and anti-inflammatory.
I used to work at a hospital and I was telling a nurse that I was going carnivore. She looked at me like I was crazy. Saying that I won't get all the nutrients. I just said okay. What I've learned is that these nurses and doctors only learn about medicine,in school, not nutrition. So I don't take their opinion seriously. I'm much fuller eating meat and fish. Vegetables here and there.
I love watching health podcasts but I get so confused, the info is soooo conflicting from doctor to doctor so I just learn as much as possible 🤷🏽♀️ every one seems to agree in moderation, exercise, reducing processed food and avoiding artificial sugar so that’s what ima do lol. I was plant based vegan for awhile, eating whole grains and a ton of beans, leafy veg, green smoothies but was very VERY anemic. Got pregnant and craved RARE steak lol so that had to change. I also feel good eating a Good steak salad or just a grilled chicken leg! Also love eggs❤ I like what you said- if we live God’s way we’ll be fit and fabulous! 😂❤
This made me realize I’m eating too much. Although primarily baked chicken or fish, fruits and high carb veggies + snacks 3-5 times per day that can still be a lot. I notice when I drink a good amount of water I’m sometimes forcing my self to eat because the water already has me feeling full. Workout culture makes it seem like you have to eat so many meals (small and big) in a day both liquid and whole. I believe you have to eat for your body type and what’s best for your health. It’s easy to jump on the new normal when all you see is gym folks eating 5-7 times per day for “gains”. Everyone’s body isn’t meant to look the same and therefore does not require the same amount of food as others.
I'm curious if these patients who are healthy that eat carnivious diet are African American. What constitute their definition of healthy bc when certain doctors sell products they will lie to promote their products.
I dunno how I stay so thin but I eat no more than 200 calories at a time about 8 times a day. But I am up and cleaning my house throughout the day too I’m not just sitting around. And I also I don’t consciously try to eat that way, it happened naturally through the years since I became a mother.

Not eating a lot of red meat is good for u only if it's grass fed. The reason doctors say not to eat it is because they eat too much and because the birds and animals are given steroids to make them bigger which isn't good for us. We are eating what our grandparents didn't eat and people before them. The problem is thesprays as well and like Tony said the processed foods.

What did we do with that time before cell phones and highly advanced gadgets? Red light, green light 1-2-3! Tag you’re it! House parties, clubbing (not my thing but I did indulge), riding bikes, dance, cheerleading, etc. 😊 I had a full life as a kid/ young adult ❤

Great video. My son became vegan & encouraged me to try. It caused my body to go into shock so my doctor advised to gradually make the shift. That was 2 years ago. Now I have adopted a flexitarian diet,and I drink 4-5 bottles of spring water per day. I need to work out more. I don't eat pork, red meat is rare, I love fish/seafood, lots of vegetables, never any fast foods and I feel fantastic! Again, great video.

God took me through this process, 4 years ago I was out of shape, undisciplined and confidence was low. As time progressed God taught me the importance of taking care of my body, being mindful of what I eat and how much. Now intermittent fasting is a huge part of my life, it works wonders and I don’t feel right when I don’t do it. When you gain control of your bad habits and transform them into healthier habits you just feel better!! I eat once a day, so my fasting schedule looks like 23 (time fasted) 1hr eating window. It sounds crazy but it works for me, I’m not anorexic and I don’t get sick. 😊
I think the issue with the meat is the hormones and antibiotics and the conditions that the animals are being cattled in.. Unhealthy conditions.. Meat today is not the meat of yesterday..
That's exactly why Research Doctors that used to be heart surgeons say not to eat the meat because of what they are being fed other than grass and the antibiotics they give them to make them bigger so they can make more money.

I got my info starting back in 2020 when I started eating right. I listen to Dr. Steven Gundry and other Research doctors. Did u know the little black seeds inside kiwi help keep u from getting cancer? Those Research doctors know more than regular doctors because they dig deep into the medical issues whereas they don't teach that stuff in school. They teach them to push medical scripts for the pharmaceutical companies.
The best meat to eat is only if it say grass fed on the package or pasteur raised on the pack. That came from the research doctor Gundry as well because it's from the ground and our gut is made to tolerate it.
For work at home and sedentary lifestyles, a good quality rebounder and/or a walking pad you can just jump on at any time just to move your body is life changing. That rebounder drains your lymphatic system among other health benefits. I've watched tv and youtube and talked on the phone just casually walking on the walking pad.
Now Tony remember that the original diet was anything with a seed in it and there was no death so Adam and Eve were not eating anything dead. After the flood God allowed us to eat meat. In heaven we won’t be chasing down chickens to eat😂 I love that you are talking about health. I agree the Mediterranean diet is very good for us.
I listen to those doctors too that specialize in fasting. First time I have heard about Autophagy in my life. You are right on this, we have all been lied to about our diets. We are not even eating real food. When I fast, I don't have the old lady body aches anymore. A Dr told me I had arthritis in my knee and fasting healed it. I don't take prescribed medicine.
Oh my gosh! Oatmeal is trash?😮 I eat oatmeal almost daily to help with reducing cholesterol. I agree, we must watch what we input - mentally, physically and spiritually. Thank you for this.
I think, more specifically, the packaged oatmeal that mass-marketed, sis. Packaged oatmeal is quick cooking oatmeal that has had all the most nutritious outer layers and fiber removed... Those broken down layer are why you're able to pop it in your microwave and have it ready in 1 minute. Also, it's usually high in added table sugar. Different doctors and nutritionists sometimes say conflicting things about oatmeal, but I believe the consensus is that if you arre going to eat it, use rolled oats or steel cut (even better) and take the time to cook it on the stove. (You can also make overnight oats.) By making it yourself, you'll be able to control any added sugars (honey, agave, pure maple syrup, monk fruit, stevia) and bump up the nutritional value by adding things like nuts, fresh berries, seeds (pumpkin, chia, flax, etc.), Greek yogurt, etc.

Hey Tony! Thank you for the video. I eat fish and every now and again eat poultry. However, humans were created by God to be fueled on produce. Later on God said we can eat meat but it’s not wrong. I went through a stage where I cut all meat and dairy (also refined carbohydrates) a few years ago. While I ate that way I lost a lot of weight, was working out a lot, and felt the most energetic. The only reason I am commenting is because God created our bodies to live on the food from the garden. However, yes we are allowed to eat meat but it is not required to be healthy. Vegetarians have the largest life expectancy. There was some study and a city with a lot of Seventh Day Adventists (they are largely vegetarian) and that location had the greatest life expectancy. After I give birth I intend to go back to the way of eating vegetables, Beans, fruits, whole grains, and fish. I know a lot of us love meat and that sometimes is why the doctors say it is necessary to eat meat. They love their steaks 😆

When you speak of the clubs, I used to love the afterwork clubs. Everyone used to be well dressed (maybe a few people missed the assignment). There was free food, 2 for 1 drinks or happy hour. Some spots had a live ban.
Yes..Tony is correct. I’m Irish and grew up eating every kind of meat you can imagine . Decided to change to a vegetarian diet in 1997 and later introduced fish to improve my Omega 3s into my diet in 2010 and never felt better. This is a great video from Tony ❤

My brother was vegan and he was always sick. He found Dr. Berg and changed his diet and he wasn’t sick anymore.

For work at home and sedentary lifestyles, a good quality rebounder and/or a walking pad you can just jump on at any time just to move your body is life changing. That rebounder drains your lymphatic system among other health benefits. I've watched tv and youtube and talked on the phone just casually walking on the walking pad.
Tony I remember when I was younger. It was hard for me to accept seeing an overweight doctor or nurse. I couldn’t wrap my brain around this.
Now Tony remember that the original diet was anything with a seed in it and there was no death so Adam and Eve were not eating anything dead. After the flood God allowed us to eat meat. In heaven we won’t be chasing down chickens to eat😂 I love that you are talking about health. I agree the Mediterranean diet is very good for us.

I listen to those doctors too that specialize in fasting. First time I have heard about Autophagy in my life. You are right on this, we have all been lied to about our diets. We are not even eating real food. When I fast, I don't have the old lady body aches anymore. A Dr told me I had arthritis in my knee and fasting healed it. I don't take prescribed medicine.

I think, more specifically, the packaged oatmeal that mass-marketed, sis. Packaged oatmeal is quick cooking oatmeal that has had all the most nutritious outer layers and fiber removed... Those broken down layer are why you're able to pop it in your microwave and have it ready in 1 minute. Also, it's usually high in added table sugar. Different doctors and nutritionists sometimes say conflicting things about oatmeal, but I believe the consensus is that if you arre going to eat it, use rolled oats or steel cut (even better) and take the time to cook it on the stove. (You can also make overnight oats.) By making it yourself, you'll be able to control any added sugars (honey, agave, pure maple syrup, monk fruit, stevia) and bump up the nutritional value by adding things like nuts, fresh berries, seeds (pumpkin, chia, flax, etc.), Greek yogurt, etc.

I eat fish and every now and again eat poultry. However, humans were created by God to be fueled on produce. Later on God said we can eat meat but it’s not wrong.
I went through a stage where I cut all meat and dairy (also refined carbohydrates) a few years ago. While I ate that way I lost a lot of weight, was working out a lot, and felt the most energetic.
The only reason I am commenting is because God created our bodies to live on the food from the garden. However, yes we are allowed to eat meat but it is not required to be healthy.
Vegetarians have the largest life expectancy. There was some study and a city with a lot of Seventh Day Adventists (they are largely vegetarian) and that location had the greatest life expectancy.

When you speak of the clubs, I used to love the afterwork clubs. Everyone used to be well dressed (maybe a few people missed the assignment). There was free food, 2 for 1 drinks or happy hour. Some spots had a live ban.
Yes..Tony is correct. I’m Irish and grew up eating every kind of meat you can imagine . Decided to change to a vegetarian diet in 1997 and later introduced fish to improve my Omega 3s into my diet in 2010 and never felt better. This is a great video from Tony ❤
