लेकिन simple Hypermetropia astigmatism .. Image अलग हैँ और Explain कुछ अलग हैँ??

At 9:40, जो left side में image है , वो reduced schematic eye की है जिसमें दोनों principal meridians की पावर 60D होती है और इमेज रेटिना पे फोकस हो रही है . जो इमेज right side में है उसमें vertical merdian की पावर +58 डी है. इस meridian की इमेज रेटिना के पीछे फोकस हो रही है क्यूंकि इस meridian की पावर normal (reduced schematic eye) से 2 D कम है. इस meridian की इमेज को रेटिना पे फोकस करने के लिए मरीज़ को +2D cyl लेंस की ज़रुरत है जो हम opposite meridian में देंगे . मरीज़ की आँख का net error --2 D है (dfference between schematic eye & patient's eye) लेकिन मरीज़ का refractive error +2 D cyl है (the power of lens needed to focus the image on retina) इसलिए ये Simple Hypermetropic astigmatism है .

Sould vertical rays converg beyond retina dut to weaker convergence than 60D ?
But its focus fall on retian as draw.

Dr I think there is a mistake .if the vertical meridian is +2 it means it is less hypermetropic than the horizontal which is +3 so it is with the rule so in this case the vertical is more powerful than the horizontal meridian, not the opposite !
+3 wala retina k zyada aage hoga uska image
If Ar machine is not giving reading , while doing subjective refraction get + 2 sph why. is patient having macular problem?
