There is also Fly Condo and the Cityplace condos across the street on Front!
Yup!
Pedestrian bridge to cityplace , ~900 psf ...nuff said
What do you think about 550 Front (Portland Park)? Older building sure, but units are selling for less than 1000 per square and there are a number of larger units to choose from. Reasonable maintenance fee as well.
Big fan of that building. I should have included it in this video.
I own a unit at the well, very well built. I follow tridel wherever they go; I used to own a unit at 10 York, loved it.
Hard to go wrong with Tridel.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on The Well - been looking forward to this.
Thanks for watching!
I feel old lol. I remember when $500/sqft was considered near bubble territory in Toronto and the bears were expecting a crash 😅
It wasn't that long ago!
I have 1k sqft two blocks south of there w/ water view... This project is going to raise my PPSF well over 1k if they are currently asking 1.5k PSF. C1 gold to the moon.
Ride the Canadian train to wealth. Tom and Steve are the best
It’s an inhumanely oversized dystopian piece of sh!t. Wanted to love it, rode my bike there on a sunny day, but it’s just a place for people to buy things they don’t need with money they don’t have. No sense of community, no warm communal space. It’s like a dark wind tunnel. Other than that, hey, housing. 😂
hey bro i like your work ,i wanna work with you how can i contact you?❤️
