Is the point detection done by reed switches on the points?
So the points are controlled by the lever frame and the signals by the panel then? An interesting hybrid system. Was the frame built new for here or was it recycled from somewhere?
I understand the frame is of LNWR origin but with SR legend panels.
is this line still run by volunteers , or has it become a commercial concern.? thanks . interesting descritption of operations .
