ACTUALLY he was not dumb but a victim of the system … 💯 The court has never REMOVED the suspension of his license from the record despite him fulfilling all the terms to have his license reinstated. Maybe he can sue you two for slander???
No he is still dumb because he still chose to drive on video when going to court for suspended license. Even if he was in the right that is 1. disrespectful to the court. 2. Sets horrible impressions to the judge. 3. Worsens any penalty if it turned out you were in the wrong. It's like going to murder trail covered in pigs blood, sure you might know you are innocent but thats still insanely dumb.

@@ShingleSlingers The court is NOT where your license is reinstated it is actually the office of the secretary of state that reinstates your license … it was the court that FAILED to inform the office of Secretary of State that the man’s license needed to be reinstated. I just saw a video saying it was a clerical error.. That's why the guy looked shocked.. Knowing how absolutely terrible the government is at almost everything, I'll give this guy the benefit of the doubt.. Also, do the right thing if it's true, retract this video or apologize.. He didn't deserve the attention of he's not at fault.
Now the update is that he NEVER HAD driver’s license and the clerks didn’t even assume that a grown-ass man would drive without driver’s license before wrongly inputting that his drivers license as suspended .

I don’t see that he is holding the cell phone technically he is not touching the device most likely it’s on a cell phone mount his hands are in the steering wheel the entire time, although what is he being charge to begin with it’s driving with no license
