The oak you can see at about 7 minutes just beside Essingeleden highway is called "Birger jarls ek" and is circa 800 years old, that is about the same as Stockholm.
Suggestion for a walk: Mittag-Leffler Institut, Auravägen 17, 182 60 Djursholm, which is a research institute since more than 100 years. In Your walk around Djursholm You have been in its neigborhood. Many thanks for a walk. Was there for a visit in 1985
I noticed one thing in Sweden. People on the streets say nothing about small cameras and maybe mobile phones. But just start filming with a professional camera, situation changes.
no people, they are watching the ‘vlogger’😄😄. The school looks beautiful. The red brick houses, it is so nice in the video. Slippery and get robbed? Double trouble🙈Take care.
Loved this walk around my favourite island, Kungsholmen! I had to laugh when you said Kristineberg was "really weird" as this is where my friends live and it certainly has a different atmosphere in the winter! I've always visited in the Summer and the vibe is very different. My other Swedish friends live in Traneberg which is a bit weirder still and a place you're more likely to be mugged lol! Enjoyable walk again Daniel and looking forward to a Dutch walk tomorrow!
@@letswalkaroundstockholm Ha ha - what a coincidence! Traneberg is so nice down by the water but the flats where my friends live are a bit rough! My friends are lovely but they're all struggling musicians and can't afford central Stockholm! Mind you even Traneberg is quite expensive to rent now.
The further you get from those highways, underpasses and mindless graffiti the more attractive the area looks. You sure do take us to a variety of places. Glad you weren't robbed by a gang of thirteen-year-olds demanding cigarettes.
Thanks for sharing. Greetings from Izmir-TURKEY 👋
Great Video. Thanks for sharing. 👍
You are welcome
Thank you Daniel for another interesting video!
Another good walk 👍

And Stockholm may, as some of you know, be nicknamed "Eken".

Another Day Another Walk ♡
And u know it :D

Your video wouldn’t be complete without some art work, a little humor, and getting slightly lost! 😂 Gotta love it! 😁
You know it haha
So true Yvette.

With me noone seems to care. Young people actually enjoy to be filmed

Iets teveel hoogbouw en grijs en grauw naar mijn verwende NLse smaak. Hopelijk fleurt het in de zomer een beetje op.
I see you using the trains, light rail and subway. Do you have a pass for each one? Or just one pass for everything. Do they bill by the month?
It is 1 monthly card for all types of transport
11:03 looks like this is a ghost town
Мрачно, серо на улице, безлюдно. Дома друг на друга похожи.Тоскливо !

Haha I can imagine that happens in the UK somehow
@@letswalkaroundstockholm These days in the UK you'd get robbed by a gang of seven-year-olds demanding cigarettes.
@@DikWhite I've never heard of someone getting robbed here myself actually
@@letswalkaroundstockholm I can well believe that Stockholm is one of the safest cities in the world.
I totaly agree Dik, Daniel has walked in areas i never could imagen exist in Stockholm! Amazing😃
Could you please take a walk around Hötorget?
Many of Daniel's walks have featured Hötorget.
There are like 5 Hötorget videos on my channel 😄
Do you planning to go to malmö..
