If i am not mistaken, Acadia offers a Luxury Package that adds double laminated windshield and front window glass, that Traverse does not provide. So Acadia with Lux package is expected to be quieter than the Traverse.
I hope they fixed the transmission problem. My new Acadia is setting in the shop at the dealership for the second time in six months waiting for a repair part to fix the transmission at only 4000 miles
This is the most handsome of the GM Triplets! I want to suggest the following changes which will make this vehicle very desirable in the mid size SUV market place. Eliminate the paddle shifters. Replace the 2.5 Turbo with the 2.7 Turbo engine in the GMC Canyon and Chevy Colorado pickup trucks. Add a Second Row 40/20/40 Bench seating option or totally eliminate the Captain Seats. Switch out the 20 inches wheels on the Elevation Trim for 18 inch wheels. If GMC implements these changes it will be a Best Seller especially the Elevation Trim Fully Optioned.

This model The best generation for GMC ACADIA
So it sounds like we should wait for the mid cycle refresh with a better tuned powertrain or possible future PHEV
Just needs better sound insulation to drown out the engine noise.
If the oil filter isn’t bottom side I’ll still hate it
If only It wasn’t such a POS 😢 very nice looking though

The sound of that motor ruins the entire experience. Just sounds like its struggling getting to highway speeds. Specially compared to the old v6.
Don't most people care about wats under the hood it's all about style style and stuff you can get added
