The closest community that Perry is building at is on 2243 just east of Ronald Reagan. It's called Parkside on the River and they have the 2916 plan available here. This is a good home for a big family! But it also has a big price.

This plan has a base price of $639,900 however, some of the inventory homes have better pricing because the builder is ready to sell them quickly.

The sales consultant said it’s called “blue marble”. They have discontinued that specific stone but have one that is very similar as an option now.

Do u deal with land and have Perry build our home on it!!?
In this particular community, we would purchase the lot & the home all in one package and then Perry would start the build. It generally takes anywhere from 6 months to 1 year to complete. Perry also has some homes that are currently in construction that are for sale in this neighborhood that will be done sooner. Let me know if you'd like more details on those. Thanks!!
