love "if you are doing the right thing... keep doing it" sometimes it's very discouraging to not see the results that we are working so hard for... but faithfulness is the result.. thank you for refocusing my perspective back on Kingdom values. Also, good to know that y'all are tempted to give up almost every week. Learning to ride the waves of feelings of failure and not quit just bc of emotions.
I enjoy the way he (Erwin) looks at you (Aaron). I hope that I am looking at my sons that way as well. What love without words. Have a great week!

As a leader I look for people that have the same passion for the area of ministry you are discussing, and that they are spiritually grounded/teachable/humble, and faithful/reliable. We are all growing and in process but these are the things I look/pray for when it comes to serving.

Aaron I am bo Hudy’s mom and I want to thank you for showing the love of Jesus to all but of course especially to my boy! I prayed bo would have Godly men really be there for him and come along side of him and you, Matt, Corbin and others have done that! Bo lives his life for God and mosaic has helped us both tremendously! Life is hard!! We need to keep being so real .. that’s what God calls us to do!! Love this podcast! Thank you!

Pastor and Aaron....We are reading a book as a leadership team at church its called "The 5 Voices". Easy read and as A Connector and Nurturer Voice its been a revelation and life/ministry changer for me. It says "find your voice and find yourself!!" I always felt like I had a something to offer but never felt like I fit/had what it took when in the room with other leaders. I realized thru the book is I'm me and when I found my voice/my fit (a connector/nurturer) the lights came on. I don't need to be anyone else or compare myself to others/voice types cause they have their part BUT I have mine AND when you work together/voice types....Powerful things can and will happen. Aaron...get the book and read it....It will help you find your fit and help get your campuses flowing and growing...God's Good. God bless you guys and the brothers and sisters at Mosaic. Bob C. I'm so so blessed with the life Jesus Christ gave cause my Lord found a beautiful sheep our lord is molding and what Jesus Christ gives no one can seperate not even in lies not even a devil can't cause what's blessed can't be cursed ever many look for riches but I look for spirit and for journeys to spread our Lord's word and glory and love and bread and water to comfort his beautiful children who need love and to go to the orphans lands brings Jesus Christ glory always cause the precious gift lives in us all and and in this world everything is temporary even marriage cause we r leaving this world and going to an eternity world and kingdom with Jesus Christ and everything we have and is given fm men or womans hands r given fm Jesus Christ hands and we all as sinners know who we kneel to that's Jesus Christ in heaven and the cup we drink fm is in heaven fm the hand of Jesus Christ cup and God loves all we all rise with more glory to glory and filled much more ever second with Jesus Christ fruites and branches and wisdom and knowledge and mighty armor and swordeaning the Bible and much love and faith and thank full for another day to have the light fm heaven so beautiful and this world and all gods children filled with the beautiful holy spirit and light that shines upon everyone.and everything that surrounds us is all beauty for ashes cause the gates of hell got all casted and joy peace happiness humbleness patience
