I haven’t been playing piano for a long enough time to play this piece, but for some reason this piece means so much to me, so I’ve decided to tackle this piece with all that I have and slowly I will learn it, I feel like it will let me get a lot better at the piano with just this one piece, and I will be able to see my progression slowly while learning this piece.
im learning this piece now and im not working with a teacher until august because of summer break. thank you so much for the advice, it really helps me out :)
your tips really helped me with the G Minor Prelude by Rachmaninoff. Now I gotta learn this beautiful piece:) I'd love to see a Video about Chopins Etude Op. 25 No. 5 or a Movement from the Beethoven Sonata Pathetique in the future. But of course, do whatever piece you like to play. You'll see me asking for requests in every new video now though haha. I'm glad you did Liebesleid! That's enough for me:)
Hi EpicLauren! Thanks for your suggestion for the Liebesleid. I've always wanted to learn it, and you gave me the push I needed. I've already done the first movement from the Pathetique Sonata. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/o9JyUxsML6A/v-deo.html I know all of Chopin's Op. 10 etudes but I haven't worked on the Wrong Note Etude (No. 5). Maybe some day! Keep the suggestions coming!
@@LearnLoveMusic That's great to hear, that I gave you the push:)! It sure is a beautiful piece, I'm so glad you picked it. Didn't know you already had the Sonata, thanks a lot. I'll check it out! I really love the Wrong Note, hope to see it in the future when I learn it;) Then maybe you could do Op. 25 No. 1 (Aeolian Harp), Liszt Consolation No. 3 or Kinderszenen No. 7 from Schumann. Gosh, I'll stop the suggestions now haha I'm overdoing it. Don't worry as you can see I'll sure keep the suggestions coming haha. Looking forward to the next video:)
@@therealShappy no i‘ve been playing the piano for 12 years now and In knew the piece all along. I wanted to play it for a long time but never felt ready, but now I think I‘ll be ablento master it:). I have watched your lie in april though, amazing anime!
@@therealShappy i don‘t really remember what other pieces appeared in your lie in april though. I remember ballade no. 1 chopin and the wrong note but the rest i forgot...
Viennese violinist here: Extra remark about the rhythmically bended waltz rhythm. Ask kids we learn to play the second beat very early and the third beat rather late. Maybe this helps.
Good tip! When I first learned The Blue Danube, I remember learning that sense of timing (second beat early, third beat later). Thanks for the comment.

I think it is the most difficult piano piece I ever learned, besides from Rachmaninov’s concertos. Still the most beautiful though.
SARDOCHEEE , really beautiful

And the same theme is used in the animated movie, The Little Mermaid. Very clever!
