  • If you’re researching How to Increase Your Minerals, this video will help you understand what causes mineral deficiency, and steps you can take to increase your mineral levels. If you’re concerned about a vitamin deficiency, calcium deficiency, potassium deficiency, sodium deficiency, magnesium deficiency, selenium deficiency, or iron deficiency, understanding what is limiting your ability to absorb vitamins and minerals is where you want to start to correct any type of deficiency.
If you’re asking do I need more minerals, the answer may not be to simply take mineral supplements. There could be other underlying causes for your mineral deficiency that needs to be corrected before supplementing with mineral supplements can be effective.

I used to be as agile as a cat, now my balance is really off at times since being on those drugs.... I would think after six months they should be out of my system.... I bruise very easily, have difficulty swallowing, constant tennitis, morning dizziness and weak as a kitten at times.... Also, my voice can be very tinny at times and at other times normal .... I do take supplements such as Magnesium bisglycinate, potassium chlroide instead of table sale, coq10, bromelain, tocotryenols, zinc with copper, b12, turmeric and a few others....(Sorry about the misspelled labels)?)

@@kwesidarkwa5443 I don't do anything for it.... Personally, I think a lot of tinnitus is caused from the radio, tv, micro, radar, wifi and other waves that are transmitted everywhere these days.... They go through our bodies constantly, and whether or not you have a receiver for these waves, they are in the atmosphere and there is nothing you can do to stop them other than living in a complete faraday cage....

I recently went under some serious surgery.... I had to go to the emergency at the hospital and they did the surgery almost immediately.... When I came to the surgeon was telling me I had Afib and high blood pressure and they were starting me on some powerful drugs....
I protested and told them that my BP is usually normal or lower than it should be averaging 115/70 I suggested to them that perhaps my BP was elevated because I was in emergency and they told me I had cancer?.... I also told them I had Afib for over 30 years and treated it without side effects with natural blood thinners all that time.... They insisted over my protests and so for a time I tried what they prescribed...
Well, it knocked my BP so far down I couldn't even get out of a chair or stand up without help.... I got a new doctor who tool me off two of the drugs as he said what that did was pretty dumb.... However, he would not take me off the blood thinner they gave me and I had every side effect that comes with it.... He was afraid to take me off it...
They told me I would die if I stopped taking it..... I asked them why they would give me a drug that would kill me if I stopped taking it and they just looked at me like I was know nothing idiot....
I weaned myself off that drug and continued on with the natural blood thinners and now my BP is back to normal and I have shed all the side effects except for loss of balance, tinnitus, trouble swallowing and bruising like I've been in a stone fight where everyone had stones but me....

Coffee about a gallon or two a day makes me feel normal. But I know too much coffee depletes the body of minerals and vitamins. I recently tried to stop drinking coffee and started experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness by just walking. And if I eat peanut butter I end up passing out for 4-5 hours. My blood pressure used to be 71/68 and lately it's been 94/51 and started noticing that it's been becoming a major problem. At first I thought it was blood sugar and drank coffee and I would feel better. But after I stopped with drinking coffee and tried drinking oj instead I noticed that the dizziness was just as bad if not worse. So figured it had to be my blood pressure so I tried eating salty foods but I don't like eating salt. But I've been trying figure out ways to fix it. Definitely will try to use these suggestions and see how it goes. Thanks for posting, I greatly appreciate it.

Wow your information is invaluable. I been on a low carb diet and intermittent fasting for 5 months. Unexpectedly it has significantly reduced the sciatic pain I’ve had for many years caused from stenosis and believe me I had tried everything. Although since I started this way of eating I’ve had leg cramps every night. I didn’t want to stop eating this way because if I had a choice between the sciatica or the cramps at night…I’ll take the cramps. So I’ve been searching for answers to the leg cramps and you talk about things I don’t hear from others. What you have said has makes perfect sense to me because I also have low blood pressure. So I’ve started doing things you’ve suggested…HCL, Beet and ConcenTrace. There has been a reduction in the cramps but there not completely gone yet but need to give it some time. I heard you suggesting Lysine in another video…so I might consider trying this. Another thing I’ve noticed with eating low carb I’ve had a bit more hair loss than usual, so I hope that will turn around in time as well with better mineral absorption. Thank you so much.

That's great. The electrolyte supplements don't always work as well as fixing digestion so the body can pull more minerals out of the food you're eating. But I tend to use them with all my low blood pressure clients just so they can feel better right away while we work to fix digestion, since that can take longer for some folks. Since I went keto a couple of years ago, my BP dropped from 140 to 115. I've relaxed a bit on carbage since, and maintained the lower figure. I regard 120 as a bit high now, and if you really have to cheat to get down to 120 by resting for 5 minutes, your real BP is likely even higher. Hi TC Hale, I see you recommend Celtic sea salt however is this better than pink Himalayan mineral salt at raising bp?? I tend to have the latter and Im going to make sole water. Will look into the Trace Minerals you mention as many like them.
Like in your video about low BP, my body has been spiralling downwards, poor bile flow/sludge, low stomach acid, constipation, sometimes low blood sugar, recent hypothyroid and severe weight loss despite eating well down to 56kgs/123lbs from 74kgs/167lbs in last 3 years!!! I have been eating generally lower carbs so your videos are making sense to me, hard trying to find answers and your videos give people like me hope.☀️ If I do eat lots of rice or potatoes I do get tingling in hands/feet the next morning and even heel pain.
I do drink some quality salt lake electrolytes which feel good also helps alleviate constipation. Adrenal cocktails give a boost of energy. Tried many protocols with practitioners to treat methane sibo over last 2 years but still lose weight!! Have high E Coli in the gut, low bifidobacteria/Akkermansia which has been consistent. No parasites detected in stool but amoeba was found in blood, Dr prescribed metronidazole for potential infection but concerned about the dangers - h pylori antibiotics & PPIs made me this sick. I did travel to Mexico and started to lose weight months after so parasites are likely, the antimicrobials for SIBO should kill parasites, no results on regaining weight though.
Looking at trying a complex that includes thyme, basil &rosemary, not had these before and they do sound effective against E Coli as well as the other nasties. I've wanted to buy FC Cidal/Dysbiocide or Candabactin AR/BR in the UK but its impossible, not surprising as they are the most effective for methane sibo - however Ive noticed they contain Thyme perhaps one if the secret ingredients that work!

What steps can you take to balance out the minerals before doing Keto? What should one eat if not a keto diet and trying to get the minerals in?

It depends on a lot of factors, but I talk about to eat low and medium carb while fixing digestive issues so the body can pull more minerals in in my book and you can download that for free here: kickitnaturally.com/free

Hi, Can doctors find out if you need minerals??

    • @KickItNaturally

It's my understanding that Some blood tests can show levels of specific minerals, but that may not always give a full picture of what is going on.

I heard in yesteryear pomegranate juice improves mineral absorption.

Lol I actually just used pomegranate juice as an example of how to do things the wrong way in a video that will be coming out soon. But the point was that liquid sugars usually cause more harm than the benefits that can come with them because liquid sugars go into the system harder and faster. And spike insulin higher and create harder sugar crashes as well. So it can be like eating 3 candy bars at once.

Sorry that was not pomegranate that i read about! It was actually GRAPEFRUIT: Was so long ago in the 90's, written by Michael Colgan in ANMD a popular bodybuilding magazine of those days. It was cutting edge info then. I think he briefly mentioned how this fruit infuences pH.

Grapefruit also has the ability to limit liver function. That is why you hear so much about don't eat grapefruit with this type of medication, etc.
