I totally agree with your point that Gurgoan has more job opportunities than Noida because Gurgoan has 300 fortune compnies offices out of 500. But Noida has good infrastructure as compare with Gurgaon and even good national level builder recently launched their projects in Noida Expressway.

What is the future of M3M Antalya
In most of new projects half of units are on resale , those who are not able to sell at current price and have capacity to hold put it on rent like I did . Also there are so many new projects launching . Rental yield as per current property price is not even 2 percent . Considering these points I'm NOT positive on appreciation however prices may not fall from here but will be stagnant again for long time.

real estate is right now investor market like in year 2012 and so many launches. If you are investor buy. If you are end user wait as this bubble will burst soon. Dont be more dependent on property broker view. They will never tell you truth. This market is very riskier for end user who purchase property on loan and then property rates will decrease

Don’t forget about recently passed Gurugram Metro project & prestigious Rapidx -RRTS which is under PM Gati Shakti meant to connect Delhi-Gurugram-Alwar and with rapid growth in economic activity & FDI, I don’t see any down move in atleast 5-6 years atleast

@@mridu3006 Rates are unrealistic and whatever is so called cheap is junk. Resale property you cannot buy if you don't have black money to give. I know many people especially in IT who have moved to Bangalore or Noida.
