Agreed, that would be cool! I plan to try making a bass at some point in the future, it’s on the list. The challenge will be the thicker strings and likely higher tension that the body will need to withstand. Thanks for the comment!
Brother. I just visited your website and saw the BC Rich Warlock. I am so stoked for that video you have no idea. Any chance we will see a flying v? Subbed though, you definitely earned it.
Thanks for the sub man! Yes, I should be posting the Warlock video in the next week or so 😏 I also plan to make a flying V version as well! Stay tuned!
@@the3dprintzone I just discovered this channel and I'm already so hyped bro. You honestly inspired me and gave me some creativity. I'm brushing off some rust and starting a new album. Time to kick ass and make something cool!
😂that pla is never going to hold tune. I print rc car parts and use exclusively PLA and the strength profile in Bambu studio is good but won’t hold that much tension for that long it will give over time.
It holds tune just fine, but if you are concerned with flexing you can increase the infill percentage even higher than 40% and increase the perimeters higher than 6. The center “core” comes off the printer like a brick with the settings I used.
i miss when the internet was free. these youtubers want you to pay them more per month than i pay for my netflix or cable tv. insanity. you each think you provide a service similar to netflix or spotify? spotify is like 7 a month
Im sorry you feel that way. Each guitar design takes a large amount of time and energy to design, prototype, and test. The videos are also very time consuming to film and edit. I share my video content for free and I believe it has entertainment value and educational value for others who enjoy 3D printing. I feel that charging $5 for a high end functional 3D printable guitar file is very fair, and those supporting on Patreon are both receiving numerous guitar designs but also can feel good supporting a small creator. I appreciate all of my supporters. I don’t think it’s appropriate to compare a small content creator to huge multi-billion dollar mega companies.
Fuck paying those giant companies and just get stremio + realdebrid. Give your money to independent dudes like this who spend 100s of hours designing this stuff.

Glad I sparked some inspiration! Enjoy the build!
Have you considered making a multi scale or an 8 string ?
I haven’t considered it, but that would be cool. Thanks for the comment!
How much filament did this take? I assume your infill was higher in body cavity to compensate for tension?
@LambAE92 please refer to 03:00 3D Print Stats for answers to these questions

4.99 for countless hours of designing, printing and perfecting is a hell of a deal. I’d gladly pay 10 times that for the quality designs he makes
