That is a beautiful deck - I have her crow and raven tarot decks and her Urban crow decks. I like that she really explains the "real" meaning of the card - Rider Waite - and then gives what the animal stands for. Even with her crow and raven tarot decks I put Rider Waite stickers on them, because that is how I relate to the cards.

Just FYI, opossums are not rodents - they are marsupials, related to the kangaroo :) And they are great to have in your yard, as they eat insects including roaches - free Orkin!!
They also eat ticks. We are infested with them. About 90% of black legged ticks ("deer ticks") are responsible for spreading Lyme disease, babesiosis, anaplasmosis, Borrelia miyamotoi, and Powassan virus.
Oh my Natasha! From where i come from there were loads of capivaras! BRAZIL. and you dont need to go to the jungle to see them... there were loads in the university campus in sao paulo state! Xx
I just got the Urban Crow Oracle, it's my first MJ Cullinane deck and OMG am I in love! Gorgeous, moving images and messages! I'll order this beauty as well, I love that she included certain "less loved" creatures like spiders and opossums (which I love). My only complaint is that the titles of the cards seem to take up so much space from the art. I have no idea what the people at Hay House were thinking. The Magician and The High Priestess are two of my favorite cards and my deal breakers when it comes to getting a deck, and I love them here, but in The Magician the title covers the sword and in The High Priestess, it covers her crown. Other than that, definitely getting this one! Thank you for your helpful video 💕

She even has a video on her channel where she does a flip through of this deck as an indie deck - the only change is back and borders - and she talks about why she chose certain animals and scenes. I'm glad I ordered this 🙂.. My deck is coming tomorrow 🤗... There's a FERRET for the PAGE OF SWORDS, which is very suitable because ferrets are HIGHLY intelligent...I was hoping that there would be a ferret in the deck! 😁 Thanks for sharing 🙂!
I want to love this deck because the imagery is stunning and I LOVE the use of animals. However, the overly large border is killing it for me. For instance, on the Magician card, where the four suits should be represented, I am thinking there is a sword along the bottom (you can almost see the tip of it below his back right foot) but the border cuts it off and obstructs it.
I'm currently not going to get this deck. Nothing beats Oak Ash and Thorn as an animal deck in my opinion. I have M.J.'s Forhaxa and for now that scratches that itch. Having said that, this deck is on my wishlist but I may pass it by. I'm TRYING so hard to be selective, but there are so many beautiful decks out there! It's so hard to pass anything by!
Both are really great. The only suggestion I could say are go with the one you are drawn to the most. The guidebook in this deck is a lot more in depth than the guidebook in the Crow Tarot. ❤️

I love this deck, it's gorgeous, and I was already a fan of the creator. If I'm honest, I don't feel like it's brought anything particularly new to the table. It looks great the only one that is out of place is the bumblebee only cause they don't fly at night like bees. Without the sun to direct them they just fall to the ground scrambling and confused. But this is my opinion.
Kids have brilliant intuition. Get him to pull a card a day and before he looks at it has him how he feels and what he sees abs he can turn it over. You’ll find he will have natural intuition
I like the animal images and details like the waves a LOT. I just am not into the collage. I have one collage deck but most collage decks just don't resonate with me. There wasn't anything that really made me feel this was unique from other animals decks you've covered. I'm not sure what it was missing for me. Like the larger size and matte finish.
Interesting that "raw" heart among her artwork is an MJC signature - I wonder why?
