2006 Thomas FS-65 Bus -8 Celcius Cold Start - Caterpillar C7 Diesel

Just an icy cold start of the bus I drive for work. It's a Thomas-Freightliner FS-65 ex-school bus/activity bus powered by an unhappy, cold 7.2L Caterpillar C7 diesel engine.

Now THIS is what I expect to see when I see a UA-cam video about a C7 cold start!
If I see a video less than 30 seconds long saying it's a CAT cold start, I assume it isn't a "cold" start. 😁

Some future advise there should be a plug in spot in the bumper or side of the bus and all you have to do is have it plugged in for a couple of hours and all you need is an extension cord and it should start easier but great cold start

Also you shouldn't turn lights on until you drive give the bstterys a chance to boost up

These busses are hard to start you have to fight with them to get them going basicly cycle your glow plugs 10 to 12 times it will start easier
