Saffron 3-4 strands
Salt 1/2 tsp
Light soysauce 2 tsp
Raw pappaya paste 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
For cooking sauce :
light soysauce 1 tbsp
Dark soysauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger according to taste
Water 1 litre
Corn flour 1-2 tbsp
Vegetables as required
