Nor that they should. We need that quarterback money to surround Tua with talent. Tua needs too much help to succeed
Thank you !!!!! Before tyreek and other upgrades we were exploring every option to get rid of him
@@roberthobbs6989 before Tyreek and other upgrades? You mean like not having the worst Oline in the league and Isiah Ford and Lynn Bowden Jr (who I tragically love as a person) as #1 targets, it was his fault that he still won games? Am I taking fucking crazy pills rn? What are we doing? What is this conversation. Are we really arguing that Devante Parker or Mack Hollins was a true #1 for him?
I seriously don’t understand this argument.
@@joe_dns4625 he just needs a perfect team like ALA to prosper in my opinion
@@roberthobbs6989 nah. Because I’ve seen him effective in less than ideal situations. I live in reality where I’ve seen him have to create for guys who aren’t even in the league now.
It’s wild, right? I’ve seen him with dudes who are role players at best and out of the league at worst still win games, even against playoff teams. I’ve seen it with my eyes, but “everything has to be perfect.” That’s not true. It’s just not. That’s a wildly inaccurate statement.
Yeah okay they just do t have the cap space or money ; your narrative is biased
@@BradMeanswrgi you can structure a contract to have an impact at any time. It can be based on roster bonuses, playing time bonuses, stats, availability. There’s a lot that goes into an NFL contract. Newsflash, Trevor Lawrence, Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, and Jared Goff will never see $50m/yr in their life.
Those were their reported deals, but that’s mostly fantasyland money. Miami could very easily save money against the cap for 3-5 years by extending Tua.
Where these dudes fucked up was talking about things by using Spotrac as a reference with no actual context or contract.
Like I said, it’s an assumption based on a hypothetical. It’s literally fake dropped on top of assumption without a lawyer, and that’s never worked properly for anyone in history.
Stupid reasoning as quarterback is the key. Hill and Malhomes were normal in Kansas.
stupid???...u are putting little boy tua in the same ballpark as Mahomes now????...u are looking pretty idiotic my boyyyyyy
Do you guys read Instagram comments for your opinions 💀💀. I still don’t know why people use win-loss ratio as a player stat when it’s a team sport. Tua has a better overall win-loss ratio than Herbert even if you accounted for Herbert playing more games. In fact, I don’t think Tua has ever had a losing record in seasons he started, even in the years he didn’t have hill. Herbert has But I strongly doubt you’d ever bring that up when talking about Herbert which you shouldn’t because it’s a dumb talking point when talking about an individual player. Idc if Trevar Lawerence has won a playoff game. In absolutely no world can convince me that T law deserves to be paid more than Tua. That’s not a knock at him either I think he’s a great qb but you can’t sit there and seriously say he’s better than Tua. Trust me, I don’t think Tua should be the highest paid qb by any means, but you clearly attributed everything positive to tuas supporting system, and everything negative to him as an individual. Try to be more biased next time
Using your own logic against you, JH has had a LOT LESS to work with until now
I agree with you about this high pay debate, the Dolphins Organization should be what they think their QB is worth just let him play out this Season,
let him play it out.
Justin Herbert is physically a better qb. He has a high ceiling.. Tua has a low ceiling with a high floor. Grier knows he screwed up.. once hill is gone Tua will be back to his old self
tua is just mediocre.....face it...just trust your eyes....he is a joke
@@gavriilnick4225 Not a Tua lover, but the braindead trust chose him, so not his fault. That they continue to stay with him is IMP grounds enough for firing those involved. Im betting Danny wanted JH
FYI Shula took Don Strock and David Woodly to the Super Bowl against the then Redskins I think it was 1983 just before they drafted Marino
@@brianjohnson6057 no. He didn’t. They lost in the divisional round to the Chargers.
@jasonstamps4013 Ridiculous. I watched Tua when he was in college and after. He's mediocre at best and my eyes don't lie. He's the best one read QB I've ever seen but he is a one read QB. He was better in college and wasn't just a one read QB. The speed of the NFL turned him into one
cope with reality Miami stans. Tua aint the guy. He cant even beat josh allen let alone mahomes.
but Skylar almost did with ZERO QB 1 reps, and yet the braindead trust still viewed tua as QB 1
@@roberthart9886...with the support they have given tua????.... i think he would be better than this honolulu piece of turd we have now
They should’ve traded Tua and drafted Penix when they had the chance!
The amount of really stupid people on the internet on Tua is outstanding.
This guy has gotten better every single season at every point in his career. He has had the worst passing O Line every year for 4 years.
You can give Tua prime Jerry Rice, Randy Moss, and a million other weapons and they will still lose games because that Offensive Line cannot block. Hell give Miami Prime Brady and they still could not make it to the SB.
Miami's offensive line is so crappie when it comes to passing the ball. It is ridiculous that you all think Tua is the problem.

With The 5th Pick in The 2020 NFL Draft The Miami Dolphins Will Regret Drafting Tua Tagovailoa, Weak Arm Injury Prone Quarterback From Alabama 🏥🏟🚌💨🏈🥋🧔🏾🗑🚮👀💯💯🙄😒
Using Tyreek as a reason not to pay Tua is dumb. Every successful qb has a guy.
They also don’t have the cap space to sign him to a massive deal. 18th this season and 28th next year.
Key word successful.. tua had the worst collapse in franchise history last year
@@TheHarveyHour signing Tua to an extension would actually create cap space for the team, but sure.
The organization doesn't want to pay him a market deal... they are not going to magically just change their minds, and
Pay him a market deal.. If tua doesn't accept some sort of contract now then he may be looking at a future tag in the future.. If he comes out and wins the division and beats above .500 teams, then maybe he gets a contract he's looking for... next year.. even then, maybe...!
Tua is not a playoff caliber winning quarterback, so if he's not good enough to beat the best teams during the regular season, what makes people think that he is worth wasting money on just to never get us to a super bowl or even a AFC championship game 🚌💨🛏💩🥋🧔🏾🗑🚮🤷🏽♂️
I guess you're better than Tua. So if his awful than what are you?
Tua 5-year/$160M
Long time hater of picking him over J Herbert. We know he's not too bright to compare himself to other QBs, when the vast majority of his stats came from beating losing teams. IMO, his best bet from the get go would have been to bet on himself, which he can still do and get his ass in camp to work with his remade offense.
You are crazy
If the dolphins trade him I’m done watching this circus show they will not find a better qb and it’ll be 20 more years of losing
Lol what has Tua done? He only throws to a spot, can't read defenses, lacks arm strength.. take away hill he looks like garbage. Why pay a qb that can't win?
they have Skylar...!!!...if he was supported like tua ...he would be better....!!! Tua is a bust....the circus was drafting him ahead of Herbert
@@parrott113 he does not lack arm strength; do you know who led the nfl in yards per attempt and deep ball percentages ???? TUA TAGOVAILOA !!!! Hahahahaha and guess who threw the least under thrown balls in the entire league ???? TUA TAGOVAILOA HAHAHAHA . But you keep lying to yourself pal
@@gavriilnick4225 nahh Skylar is not it and Tua is literally one of the top 7 quarter backs in the league AHEAD of Herbert who has had a top 10 o line for years (this last season was 15th) and still can’t get passed the first round. All these qbs you haters want to try and say are better has literally done less then Tua lmfao except for Patrick
Tua was 3rd in yards/attempt and 5th in deep ball completion percentage.
Trevor Lawrence’s playoff record is 1-1. Tua’s is 0-1.
The Dolphins can’t win in the cold throughout all of history so Tua sucks is certainly a take.
Justin Herbert has never won anything in his career, but he deserves to get paid is also a hell of a take.
Literally only Patrick mahomes has earned his money no other qb has been as successful including all the other big contract qbs
