Oh my God, this video was a godsend! I've been spinning my wheels and getting frustrated for the past couple of days, but now I know how to build a little base! I have it on the switch, so the controls are a little different, but I'm excited about putting these tips onto practice 😄
I bought this thinking it would be almost exactly the same as the original ark game and I thought I'd be a badass right from the start, I was so wrong.
If you wanna go mining dont waste materials and time on making a light helmet, just tame a a firefly or two and pick them up(They'll stay on your shoulder and provide light and extra storage.
Great. Changed the controls immediately to our liking and the on-screen indicators don't change accordingly. So now I have no clue what button I'm supposed to press .... Awesome vid though !
i think the most important thing is to start in creative mode to get a map you'll like playing on.. then backing out and starting on that map... nothings worse then starting a random map then after hours of playing and exploring only to find out half the map is made of a single biome or a biome or two didnt even generate hence no access to certain creatures or resources. xb
Maybe a condensed version of your guides would get some more subs...I don't dislike the video I just know that when I go for a guide I liked it to get to it without a bunch of time wasting and whatnot. This felt more like a letsplay episode...a good one though! Anyway thanks for your time and knowledge
Dude 15 minutes in and I've learned nothing. Basics of all Survival Games are barely covered in this video. "If your health goes down below, you'll die" NO FRIGGIN WAY! Dude. I expected taming tips and how to build bases, etc. This video is meant for someone who has never, ever, EVER, played a survival game of any kind.
Yeah some of this does not apply to console. Those devs need to get their brains out of their asses and get to work on putting out updates to fix their fucked up software decisions.

Why am i confined to a small part o f the map? Theres a particle barrier preventing me from exploring very far at all
Thanks for the video. Just a suggestion though. Maybe minimize dark footage unless it's a night video. Keep up the good work.
Really enjoyed it, thanks
I play this game on ps4 and bought it yesterday but I cant find shuddle for that flying dinosaur, is that a glitch or do I need to find a blueprint ?
Very good tips! Unfortunately, it's very hard to see what you're doing when you record the game at night ((in the game)) :'(
Thanks Phlinger :) i'm loving it
Wow that surely helped me for starting
"He's gonna cry, which is kinda horrible" I'm loling xD
Congrats on 10K ;) Really well deserved. Road to 100?
Oh yeah!

Then don't go to a beginner video
just got pixark cuz i cant wait 2000000 days to download 999gb worth of dinosaur porn on survival evolved
u still play this game:)?
How annoying is it having to jump up every elevation? How many times have you died because you were too fatigued to jump?
I find it ironic that pixark gives you a resolution slider. You get to decide how pixalated pixark is.
is it same for ps4 pls reply anybody
For the most part yes. Only thing making me mad is i can't put items into work benches
@@blukirin can i like have two characters in different worlds and load into them whenever i want by going to the main menu
Yes.. Each character and map are separate. So you can select the character and map you want

Who could ever get rid of bob
You didn't pick up the chest you got from completing the quest in the last episode.
