For the UK u need to get at least 7.0 in all components with the exception of Speaking which is 6.5
With Ireland you have to get at 6.5 in a single parameter while the rest should be 7.0 or above
It’s with the exception of writing which you need 6.5 for UK. But not speaking. Please correct that

Good information, currently using an agent that is requesting i do IELTS even though I schooled in USA and reside in Kenya. Do you have a hospital or care homes that can do direct hire without IELTS? thanks
Since you had your nursing Education in the USA, you qualify.
