I suppose the easiest way those Chinese ships could have avoided dangerous maneuvering from the Filipinos would have been not to crowd the ship in the first place and to not illegally try and block the Philippine vessel in its own domestic Waters. Any reasonable person seeing the Chinese bully the Filipinos could understand that this is just their way of justifying their actions. Fortunately the world isn't blind nor controlled by Chinese propaganda.
