There will be a lot of broken controllers this year as defense will feel pedestrian and more like a transition process where you just try to slow your opponent down as much as possible but can never dictate that you stop them, like recent Maddens have felt. Press man, all types of zone, even dropping defensive ends back in coverage - it doesn’t matter. Recent Maddens have felt more like a passing shootout.
