Game seems a little score happy tbh. Ball carriers are now nice and twitchy but the defense is slow and robotic. There will be a lot of broken controllers this year as defense will feel pedestrian and more like a transition process where you just try to slow your opponent down as much as possible but can never dictate that you stop them, like recent Maddens have felt. Press man, all types of zone, even dropping defensive ends back in coverage - it doesn’t matter. Recent Maddens have felt more like a passing shootout.

What on God's green earth is that lineman doing at 2:52? I see why so many people complain about the logic in Madden. That's just bizarre behavior for a lineman to bolt down the field like that. Then again at 4:30. Dude completely ignores his assignment to double block a player, making the play action impossible to get going lol
