5:28 not many know this, but low range attack like ling and yunlin arrow, doesn't get hit by fireguard special attack second hit for some reason. this may be a bug

It’s hard to say, but it’s probably the hitbox. Lings ranged dodges a lot because he stoops down low when he exhales. Maybe fire guards second hit just has a strict hit box and lings head just wasn’t there to hit.
Don’t know about Yunlin though
