Thank you I understood well. But can you make a brief video of about how we came to the formula of first including and then excluding and then again adding because I didn't understand why we added the third set of A,B,C again
Hey buddy, thats becoz when you add A & B & C, you also count twice of each intersection values, so to remove that extra count you have subtract the intersections parts, While subtracting we also removing some actual value - that middle intersection value 4. So thats y we are adding them back. use chatgpt to understand that part you will good idea.
Suppose a group of 20 students are enrolled in one or more of the following courses: 8 in Algebra, 12 in Biology, and 11 in Chemistry. If 5 students are enrolled in all three courses, how many students are enrolled in at least one of these courses? help me with this please
in a class 14 student ...10 of them study English 8 of them study franch 5 of them study Spanish ..and 5 study English and franch 2 study English and spanish 4 study franch and Spanish... first question how many students study these three languages what formula should i use here ?
You do the exact same thing with X being how many students studied all three E+F+S- EF- ES- FS + X = 14 this equals to 10+8+5-5-2-4+X=14, solve this to get 12+X=14 which simplifies to X is 2 or 2 kids study all three.
Very clear explanation. I wish every math video I came across was so easy to understand! Thank you very much.
