    The "let the breath comes to you" instruction is so valuable!
    The instructions often given to "sit, close your eyes and focus on your NATURAL breath (very) rarely worked for me. My breath was always forced and unnatural by jumping straight to the breath. I have a better way now , at least for me, thanks to the teaching given here. Many thanks!🙂
