Funny how volunteers don't have a lot of time during the week... it's almost like we have full-time jobs to do!
Some of us sacrifice our lone day off on Saturday or Sunday to get the highlights done and the others will get done when we can find the time... honest!

@@TriGamesHD How many unpaid hours each week do you spend editing video at the behest of strangers on the internet?
Even if it were the case that highlights are only done when Phantoms win (which it isn't), that would kind of be the point since Phantoms' highlights are primarily for Phantoms fans. Certainly, complaining isn't going to motivate me or any of our volunteers to serve up the highlights any sooner... right now I am at least committing to delivering them at some point.
It's not your fault we're busy or shorthanded but at least understand the video is provided as a courtesy for free and at the sacrifice of our free time - much of which is already given in service of the club and sport. Keep asking for the missing highlights by all means, but bear in mind that manners cost you as much as these videos do!
We understand people want to see the highlights from any game their team is in - we have a duty to provide them & want to do so, but we ARE volunteers and sometimes life has to take priority... it shouldn't be too much to ask for folks to understand that! Happy to take on more people to help if they are able!

Plus It would be best to be honest, and say that you didn’t want to upload a game where you got spanked.
That would be more admirable than the excuses that I’m reading.
As far as I can see, you guys have managed to upload every single game apart from the one where you got pulverised. Could be a coincidence but it’s unlikely.
