Just to correct something you said: I would definitely sit through this for two hours. ❤. Glad you’re well and back. Long Covid can be a real danger, so keep taking care. We need you to stick around.
Happy to see you back, dude! And way to make an entrance! The printing and paintjob is amazing. Beautiful work, and hope to see much more from you in the 2023! Happy printing and be Wicked, amigo!!!
Henry this is a mammoth build I don't think I would have the patience or the resin to do something this big lol plus I definitely would have nowhere to put it glad you're feeling better 👍
I definitely used your techniques on my first big print. I mostly paint minis so its good to see how certain techniques look before and after. Really appreciate your efficiency of words to get the point across and clear shots illustrating them.
Ye I feel you mate single dad with four kids here and we all got exactly the same Covid followed by bronchitis and that’s here In the uk same thing everywhere it was rough though hope your well now
I just watched your video and I’m liking the dome effects. I have a 1/6th 3d resin printed Batman Murder Machine statue I’m thinking of printing another Murder Machine and this Magneto Dome together.
This is an amazing model! Magneto is my favorite villain and I've been debating whether or not I want to make this one since I've already done the model by Sanix and I have so many more characters that I want on my shelf. Now make a video on Batman by B3dserk so I can get some ideas on how to paint mine LOL.
Badass paint up my dude! I’m still printing mine at 200% scale, should be interesting to see! Keep it up and welcome back! Support this talent, his discord is awesome!
Awsome work as always. Can u please do a tutorial on how to size a model for a different scales like 1/4 scale size and the others I have no idea on the different scales. Thank you so much for your videos 📹
That is one wicked looking Magneto. Awesome work. I get a small bit of ease with mine since I print them out of carbon fiber. I can just media blast them back to stock if I mess up the paint. I’m working on the Doom Eternal models right. Too bad YT doesn’t allow posting pictures in comments. Awesome job again.
I'm starting the journey to print this beast with the dome at the 1/6. Let me ask you something, the leg that is holding it in connection with the stone, do you thing it can safely hold the whole figure including the cape? That cape is HEAVY! Awesome video as always, Henry
welcome back handsome, another great video as always, a little side not about the metallic purple that you used of course I can't get my hands on every color that you use and I always try to work with what I got so I mix my own colors a lot and I found that mixing glitter into some acrylic paints could gave a decent metallic effect with various results it can get clumpy if you are not careful, the second method that I tried recently was painting a base coat of silver or gold and paint on top of it with ink it turned out way better than I thought it would , I would love to know some of your takes or "recipes" to get certain colors , some color mixing short videos could be excellent for youtube shorts or exploring those elements in your videos could really set you apart from other content creators, food for thought , can't wait to see where would you take the channel and what you got in store for us.
I’m curious about the diameter of the base. I recently got a 1:6 scale magneto with power wall from eBay it kindly looks small. Im still awaiting the seller to send me the “Power Wall” as such in video. Is the diameter of the base roughly 8-9 inches?
I increased it to 1/4 scale so the base diameter is closer to 10 inches. If you're talking about the globe, then thats closer to around 15 inches wide. It's pretty big.
Man that Magneto looks so sick
Thanks!
Glad to hear and see your back, you matter and your videos make a difference to all of us, stay safe continued success
I appreciate that
That Magneto is rediculous.... Top Job 10/10 👌😎

Glad your feeling better! Awesome kit. I can't fit that monster of a model in my house but it's nice to see it done.
Thanks! And yes it is a monster of a model. I gotta start sizing em down a bit. lol
I have just started experimenting with Alcohol ink. Great video
Man, 3D printers are actually this good now!!??? I'm thinking about getting one.
Yessir they are!
Welcome back budd
Thank you!
Wowowow man can please start selling!!!!! I want this badly!!!!
Man there would be no way in shipping something like this. lol
10/10
Glad to see you feeling better. In regards to the part with the gaps, why not just resize and reprint? 🤷🏻♂️
Those pieces took 20 hours each to print. And the way it's designed it was never gonna fit properly.
Really awesome!!! Question: how can I remove color on a statue for a repaint?
It depends on the finish. I usually use a diluted thinner and a tooth brush.
Badass paint up my dude! I’m still printing mine at 200% scale, should be interesting to see! Keep it up and welcome back! Support this talent, his discord is awesome!
Awesome! Thank you!

Cool idea
Glad your feeling better.
Alcohol inks post-printing works nicely, and then you don't have to dye your resin and lock it into a colour.
Yes. I plan on doing a lot more with them. Nova3d sent me a ton a transparent resin so I'll be working with that
I'm starting the journey to print this beast with the dome at the 1/6. Let me ask you something, the leg that is holding it in connection with the stone, do you thing it can safely hold the whole figure including the cape? That cape is HEAVY! Awesome video as always, Henry
I glued mine in cuz you're right. That cape was heavy. I don't see it holding up by itself unless you use one helluva magnet.
Amazing work! What size it this? I see that they offer a 450mm on gumroad
It's 1/4 scale. Sized up 150% to the original file
Where do you purchase your stls from? Been looking for the gambit and magneto ones you have showcased? Thanks and keep up the great content
Thanks. These came from Wicked3d. I usually have a link to them in the description

Congrats on your Magneto! I had the same gaps on my Dome.Your way of hiding it was very inspiring. Where did you get the Power effect for him from 🤔😃
It's the lightning bolt from the first Dr. Doom that Wicked put out.
@@TheCreativeCollector awesome 😀👍
I started printed this model. I just wanna ask what color are you using on rocks?
Just a mixture of different Grey's. Start with dark and work to light.
@@TheCreativeCollector Thanks! I really enjoy and learn your videos.
Is the helmet a separate piece from the head (i.e. can it be removed for painting)?
Not in the video but I did make one later on where the helmet is removable.
@@TheCreativeCollector Can I ask how you got the head out?
I did it in zbrush
@@TheCreativeCollector maybe a topic for a future video, 😉
I want to buy a printer to print 12" figures. Any suggestions which printer to buy please?
There are many out there. Research them depending on your budget and specs. Lots of black Friday specials right now
Where did you get the magneto stl?
It's from Wicked3d
What printer and resin did u use for this?
I think its in the video but it was the Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K and Uniformation GKTwo. Resin was Sunlu I believe
did you suppor this yourself or did you use the presupported model?
I used auto supports on chitubox
I am currently making this model and the cape is so freaking hard to assemble...
Awesome job here, and very nice video. Too bad, 1500 views and only 200 likes.... Come on guys, wake up !
Much appreciated!
I have a question: Do you repaint statues? If so, how much do you charge. I have a statue I would like to be repainted.
I do not. Sorry
No problem. Thank you, you have great work 👍
Where can I get this stl?
Wicked3d
