There is a Service Bulletin out that shows the HD Tech how to adjust the radiator hose to give it a little more space from the exhaust and keep it from doing damage. I would caution against using heat wrap on the exhaust though. I've been in this industry for a very long time and have used exhaust wrap a couple of times. While it can be useful at keeping the heat away from the radiator hose, it will retain moisture and will cause the exhaust pipe to become brittle and crack. The HD teck should be able to fix the issue without the use of the wrap. I'm not sure what the complaint about the sidestand is? I don't know a reason to pull the sidestand out if the bike is on the centerstand. Also, if someone does something to break the weld of the sidestand they are really doing something wrong and have bigger issues.

The pan am is like a stew with all the ingredients, but not simmered long enough. The potatoes and carrots are a bit hard and lacks overall flavor
