Fall?
When the word gets out that this is how you run business, people will prefer you over the lowest bidder. Thats how my BIL has so many wealthy customers with his flooring laying business. People dont want to find out you charge extra to level their subfloor before you can lay parquet after you ripped out the old carpet. When they know, this guy may not be the cheapest, but when my subfloor is bad, he takes that risk for the price he's asking even if it costs him money, people are glad to accept a higher bid if its fixed.
Pond building is very similar, you dont want financial surprises after the contractor stripped the topsoil and youre already committed !

One of the toughest jobs, to me anyway, is to try and estimate a job like your on with all the unknowns, then not really getting a true lay of the land until it gets cleared, lot of unforeseen and the you might as well as situations. Good progress so far gentlemen, hope it continues to go your way. Thanks for the video, enjoyed the ride, probably been than the snake did!!!!😊😂

Knowing what it costs for one machine per hour in one's own city area and township, what is the average cost of a pond you guys create, making the expense to each customer achievable? It has to be very expensive. The thing is, I have no ball-park amount. So, what does an average pond cost? You guy make "GREAT" ponds! WOW!!!!!

When I was in construction, I had a crew that liked to prank. The youngsters threw a black snake into the cab of the dozer. Well the operator (a Jerry) jumped off of the dozer. One youngster got his butt whipped. True story.

If ya stretch out yur bucket a bit from vertical and keep yur bucket at around 45 degrees with down pressure and Track forward itll squeeze the saplings out the ground clean and rapid- best way to clear that stuff- Gets more productive as the Bundle in front the bucket grows and gathers and drags more with it

Growing up in Southern IL there were farm ponds everywhere, I thought you just built a dam and instant pond. I had no idea of the science involved in construction of a pond or lake. Never the less I truly enjoy watching you and the crew scratch one out.
