- A short visit and walk around Basingstoke, a town in southern England. The Milestones Museum is a living history museum featuring antique cars and a 1940s candy store. Exhibits at the Willis Museum trace the town’s history from the Iron Age to the present, and its Sainsbury Gallery hosts local and touring art exhibitions. To the east, Basing House is a ruined Tudor manor. North of town, The Vyne is a Tudor mansion with a 16th-century chapel.

Cudowne miasteczko, nie powtarzalny klimat, mili ludzie 😊 uwielbiałam robić zakupy w małych sklepikach, które mają duszę, spacerować po tych uliczkach . Pracowałam w małej miejscowości Hook i zakupy robiłam właśnie tu a przy okazji odpoczywałam , ciesząc się tym otoczeniem, wspominam ten czas i miłych ludzi napotkanych podczas mojego pobytu w Anglii z łezka w oku . Co ja bym dała , żeby jeszcze tam wrócić...szkoda ze mnie już nie stać na taką podróż...
