I have the same tool works great and you get to reuse the pin . Like how you left out the wafers a real fix for an old car , some would love to slam you for that but we know it doesn’t matter if you ask your customers . Might if there a dealer then you might have to leave two lol
just a heads up, the last cut on those ignitions A6 and B6 always have a #1 wafer. So if you leave the last one in the ignition only then any cut HO01 key will work that ignition
bro what this is crazy. i need this for my shop asap. we service so many honda ignitions i can do it with my eyes closed haha but this i need to try. keep it up man
Great tool and demonstration. The problem with dropping all the wafers is that the key can pull out while customer is driving and steering lock could activate.
Great Video My Keys Automotive! If I retrieve a complete salvage ignition, and replace all wafers and springs to customers current key code can I just plug in customers immobilizer ring and be done with it as long as customers current key is not worn?
Yes you will need customers original immo ring because his key is coded to that ring so just use the ignition lock cylinder or housing without the used new ring.. what i usually find to work great for me is when I just remove all the wafers and springs and just Leave that last wafer ..(the biggest one) and I will never have to worry about it happening again and I give out full life time warranty heheh and if the customers key is kinda worn it would work too ! So just remove all but the last wafer
Well I would never read from the ignition that’s the last place I read from.. you can read from many others places like the trunk lock by the drivers feet .. or the glove box.. or the rear trunk .. or the driver door .. this was already talked with the customer and it was the cheapest option for him since he didn’t not have sufficient $$

Why you remove all the wafers? If the customer lost the key no locksmith can read the ignition using lishi

Yo lo extraigo con un mango de martillo a puro impacto XD

You're not going to put the rest of the wafers😊
