I just started a business and looking for bank or CU to get an acct with the best/highest YPI, best place for business loans and best CCs for travel points, airport lounge access and highest sign up bonuses. I have personal accts w/ Navy fed savings acct, chase checking acct and cap 1 credit card. So would like a car I can merge/transfer points with. Please advise/help. Respectfully cheri
They’re a good credit union. I would take a look at both credit unions and local banks specific to your city/state. They tend to offer better deals, especially with things like vehicle financing.
I'm thinking about applying for Chase Ink Cash. Would it be a problem if I used it to buy lumber to hit the 6k faster? This would be my first business cc, so I'm not familiar on the rules. Do people actually use this card as a personal cc even though its a business? Does it get reported to the IRS?
Hey Irv, i have always wondered: If my business is registered in FL, i live in FL & conduct Real estate transaction... then let's say a few times a year i flip or wholesale properties in CA (a crazy tax state), will i pay taxes for California and federal taxes or just Federal taxes. Basically asking if the state of Cali will be entitled to my pie. Please & thanks brother.
So what do I do if my holding company is in Wyoming (tax favored state) and I live in NJ I met with M&T and he's like we wouldn't even touch that. I also am rebuilding my personal credit (High DTI because of student loans)

These were all in 1 state. But if you needed more funding, you can always expand it
with a foreign if it makes sense.

Yea banks won't touch it if the structure is off or if there's no proper flow to it
They would not work with you because your LLC'd in Wyoming? Love to know more as that was where I was planning on incorporating. Thanks!
When the client applied for PNC. Did they open the account, and waited 15 days to apply for a credit card? Or they did both in one day?
Separate since that was recommended for their line of work. But some clients do both at once. It’s case by case
