@peterkbeck1964 so far it's pretty good. Can't blame crusader for the step issue, they didn't make it. And nobody really expects owners to really go up to places like the tip so we knew some things would shake loose.. Would still recommend the van.
In this day and age you don't go gas for cooking or anything in a caravan just use electric most vans come with multiple solar panels and lithium batteries.
Have you had your set up weighed? I take it that you have a compressor fridge? Does your webber have the flame cut off device if not its illegal to connect directly to gas bayonet. We have a webber and use a 3 meter hose and connect directly to gas bottle I thought the rules now with batteries had to be outside the van. So is the van legal with the batteries inside?
yes, were got weighed before we left towsnville, will talk about that more in a futre video, but yes, wewere under. comperssor fridge, yes. i understood the flameout device is not needed due to grandfather clauses. batteries just have to be in an enclosed box and vented to outside, there is a lot if misunderstood info in regard to this. great questions, thanks
New rules coming out all the time...got to have fuse for each solar panel now too... Hoping to own one of the CRV caravans in the near future, definitely be looking at some of the mods you have done.
Hi the plastic wrap on the cables is a great idea, could please let is know where you purchased this? Thanks
@andypopeye5073 pirtek, they have stores all over the place. It's for hydrolic hoses I understand
@@markandshirley Hydraulic.
The remote control for the light. Was that an optional extra
one came with the van. i purchased a second on for about $60 and set it up, now have one by the door and one up by the bed
Hi M&S, 3 months in .. hows the van quality? Leaks? anything significant or broken (I saw the step issue)?

do you find that stoneguard can hit the rear and lights of your vehicle if not careful?
It did, until I adjusted it back by a couple of cm.
