I'll take that as my Christmas pressie from you Alan, Thank you. I enjoy watching this fella, he's a really good operator. So many would have been happy with one pass along there, but he went back and put the 'finese' into the job.
My father used to do this by hand many years ago. Mercifully the hedge wasn't all that big, but your machine makes a nice neat job of it. Many thanks for keeping the videos coming. Harry Christmas. Rob
Oh the joys of having a roadside without sunken drains, & a carrigeway wide enuf' for traffic to pass..the operator is making a tidy job..those T-flails are cutting well there.
Very nice Alan, thank you. May I take this opportunity to wish you & Jane a very happy Christmas and a bright and prosperous New Year. I may not be on line tomorrow I'm off to work in the morning its only Wednesday where I work.
Yes I agree.....yet the operator has a lot to do with it too, its a skill that only a handful of people have... neat and tidy hedges will always be admired . Its always important to pay attention to detail.... as it keeps work coming your way . Regards
Of course it's easy look at road dead flat dead slow its actually harder to do a bad job.... All you need to do is take everything above 6" and then tickle it to get it perfectly straight.. Also keeping your flails sharpe helps greatly, esp with a green hedge... yes its a good but not hard to achieve
