Hey guys, I’m not sure if y’all knew this but I heard the state of Utah has passed two bills to fund 900 million each for a MLB team and a NHL team so we’ll see what happens, but it looks like Utah is trying to bring professional sports to the state
I heard about the MLB one, from what I understand... it's more of a temporary home until the ballpark in Las Vegas is ready (unless something recently changed about that, feel free to correct me on that), I don't think I heard about the NHL one though, I'll have to take a peek at that
@@NateOnThe-Radioit's the Oakland Athletics that are moving to Las Vegas, and they picked to use a ballpark in Sacramento as their temporary home instead of in Salt Lake City. Arizona Coyotes are the ones who will move to Salt Lake City and use the Jazz's arena as a temporary home until their new arena is built starting next NFL season. At least Utah will have another league team since the Jazz are the only ones in Utah right now
