I have to say that background went through some changes but came out absolutely beautiful, looking like an old tomb or building wall. 😍 I love it! The composition is magnificent with the focus in the right place. Loved watching this transformation and that you showed all the trials and tribulations of the background and how you can bring it around and make it perfect
I love your color choices...I was worried at first with the dark at the top but my favorite colors came out. I wish I could hear your thoughts as you work to know why you choose certain colors. Might help me!
Finnabair CT are very talented. I watch these videos while waiting for gel medium or gesso to dry. Dark background with metallic highlights are more kind of style. I don't tend to layer embellishments that much and prefer paint details by brush.
