I remember my first year of college was the year I fully gave my life to God and I swore off boys and relationships, in exchange for an intimate relationship with God, and that same year I met my husband. God always gives back to you, much greater than you lay at the alter. My husband is a God fearing, loving, amazing father, who is making a huge impact in our city. God is so good.

If you are talking about morals then you have to agree all of us do something wrong from time to time. We all are imperfect and that simply means we are sinners because doing something wrong is sin. So there is such a thing as sin (it's just a word many people don't like because they instantly feel judged or afraid).
Think of it as some kind of a debt. Every time you sin you owe God more and more. And because he is fair and just your debt has to be paid. But if a human is in debt towards God he can never pay. We are just to small. So to pay a debt towards a god you have to be a god. So he sends his son Jesus to become human. A god who became human was the only one able to pay for our debt. He had to die because that is the consequence you suffer fron sin. The reason why? God wants every single one of us near him in heaven. But heaven is so perfectly good that no bad can ever enter because it would poison the good. So we people that do bad things, that sin, can not enter. We can't undo what we have done. And because God is fair and just the debt has to be paid. But because he loves us he send his son who could pay for us. His heart breaks whenever we do not want to accept his present of everlasting life.
1. There is proof that he indeed lived.
2. Did you ever die? I don't think so. So you don't know if it's hard or a sacrifice. Also his sacrifice also consisted of taking all the sins of all people onto him. Do you sometimes feel bad about stuff you did? Then try to imagine what it has to feel like to be the worst person on earth, the one person who killed billions of people, caused all bad on earth, started all wars, did everything that was wrong in this world...
3. He took the punishment for us because he loves us. And because we all are ignorant and blind and do not see what is good for us. But he still wants to be with us. So he made a way he could be. Think of it as a child that breaks something and the parents pay for it. They will love their child nontheless. But someone has to pay. If God himself didn't follow the rules noone would have any kind of respect for him.
I hope you are able to understand what i am trying to say here. I am from germany and my english is not as good as i want is to be.
Just know that i don't want to offend anyone. God loves you and so do i. But i also want everyone to have all the best they can get. So i couldn't surpass your comment.

He said to me: don't be like that homeless man Sadie's speaking about. Stop running away from your fear, your sins, your baggage. Let me lift it off your shoulders. All you have to do it accept me, and it will all be okay. Just trust in me.

I've been feeling like I've been straying from God and Jesus and reading the Bible for a little over a year now
and my youth pastor gave a message last Sunday and then asked "if you died today would you go to heaven?" And I couldn't answer yes confidentially.
so I talked one of the leaders in my small group and last Sunday night(technically Monday since it was at 1:39am) I reaccepted Jesus into my heart as my savior!! It was one of the best decisions in my life I have ever done! This video was really awesome to watch being a new(ish) Christian

I understand where youre coming from, and I fear that I'm probably going to hell; and if I found myself there, I would not be surprised because to me I see God as more of a judge than as a "loving" and merciful God.
And to be honest, each day I wake up and contemplate the eternal prospects ahead (heaven or hell) I feel as though the whole experience is one, cruel nightmare. I'd rather not have been born.

When you were talking about having to go back to where the brokenness was and the darkness, God spoke to me and said, I will heal you from this, just give it all to me, when I heard this, I was tearing up and it made me realize how my relationship with God is, I still need to have that unbreakable relationship that I can still come to him, thank you Sadie
The great thing about God is that when you need to go closer with God, but you can't do it on your own, he will help you. For example I was always worried about homework, and I never thought I would have enough time to finish it. However without fail God always gifted me with the time I needed to do it. After happening enough times I realized that God was telling me I could trust him with homework as one of my daily needs, and so have been able to trust God more in general sense then. When you don't have the strength on your own to form a stronger bond with God, he will give you the strength.

I want to love God the way you do Sadie, I just don't know how and I cried watching this video because I am so jealous of your passion. I want to feel that desire and that love and I hate to say this but I've never felt that way and I want to, so so bad! I pray that I will have a strong relationship with God and be able to praise His name like you do, I just don't know how and I don't know if it is because I've been forced to live by a Catholic faith but my church does nothing for me. I love going but I get nothing from it and I want to. What do I do? I am lost and pray I become found.
Madeson Shehan I have people in my life who tell me they wish they had a relationship with God the way I do and I can tell they feel so discouraged and I hate that they feel that way. I just want to encourage you to ask the Lord to reveal himself to you and spend a lot of time in His word. Good quality time with Him. Talk to Him and be personal. Ask Him questions but dont be frustrated. Also listen for Him and be patient :) He will show himself to you more and you will become more passionate! You just have to seek Him wholeheartedly ☺
wow, I think there's a reason I saw this comment today. I can't tell you how much I relate. I was baptized and raised catholic and although I've always believed in God, I never "loved Him". I didn't have a relationship with Him, I didn't feel His presence or love. There was so many things I didn't agree with about my church and the catholic church in general. I started going to a Christian university where I have never been surrounded by such joyful, authentic, Christ-centered people. These people made me feel welcome and showed me how great God truly is. First off, I would highly highly recommend you listen to worship music. This totally transformed my life. There's so many great songs I'd love to share some with you if you're interested! Second, get a devotional book, And a bible of course. Take time everyday to connect with God, talk to him. But most importantly, be true with yourself and surround yourself with people who are going to help you grow. I still have so much to go, but I trust whole heartedly in Him and am so excited to praise His name and serve Him. Im here for you if you need anything!

Don't tell Christians that their beliefs are ridiculous and unjustified, because we have felt God. We have His peace and love. We have His protection and courage. We have His strength and His wisdom. We have all of those things in our hearts. If you not believe in Him, you do not have Him in your heart. If you do not have Him in your heart, you will not feel Him or ever understand what Christians know. If you have never read the Bible and read about His love and His peace and the future of the world, you will never understand. You will see the things written in the Bible play out, but will you know about them????

It's been three years and I still cry whenever I hear the story about the story about the homeless man. I never even really cry over anything, but hearing about God's heart breaking after he reaches out to us with his truth and promises gets me. He has done so much for us and died for us and gave everything for us but so many still reject God's great love.

This video. I needed this so badly today. I never ever get on youtube and aimlessly watch videos, but today something led me to do just that. This was on my recommended videos, so I clicked with the intention of skimming through it, but instead I watched the entire thing. It moved me to tears and it was something I needed so badly in my life. I struggle with anxiety, fear, worry, hurt from past relationships, and just pure brokenness. This told me I need to face that fear and trust that God will hold me and take care of me if I just let him. Thank you, thank you, thank you for letting God speak through you in this video.

I only started watching your videos today because a friend sent me a link to this one. Let me just start by saying, God has such an amazing way of sending messages to the people that need them. Whether is be through other Christians or microscopic animals, we all end up hearing what we need to hear.
I have been going through a hard time at school. I am stressed with my work and assessments, but there is a major part to the whole situation. I have never ben popular, but this year people have started to like me. I would say 'for who I am' but that wouldn't be correct. I try to change for people and I shouldn't. This video really just inspired me to know that I am living for a purpose, I am living for God.
A quote recently caught my attention but until i watched this video it didn't really have any significance.
"Decisions will become easier when your will to please God outweighs your will to please the world."

I can only say thank you. I stumbled across this video after watching Jon Jurgensen vlog and I absolutely loved your teaching. I and a missionary, my heart is to reach the lost here in America as well as Mexico and Europe. you touched me.... this speaks volumes to me. My life hasn't been horrible but far from easy. people have hurt me and I've felt disappointment and sadness. I've been struggling with letting junk go and I still currently am. I know that Jesus is near and is offering me joy and peace and hope that he promised me. I know through Christ nothing is impossible. I want more or him and less of me. I can't do this life on my own because it is not my own. Yeah I struggle and I never claim to be perfect but I know that God is still sovereign over all things.

God really led me to you I went to the library to take my college assessments and i found your book …I prayed all night 2 days ago about having a better relationship with god telling him I want it and I need a better understanding and after my assessment I went to the area for teens and found your book …I read that book took pictures of verses and lines that stuck with me and I can’t afford to buy it now sadly but I was so into it I remember you saying you where a speaker and before I took a picture of the book and searched up your name and I’ve been watching your videos since last night ❤️ I’m extremely grateful god led me to you

Omgoshhh idk how i came across this. But I’ve been looking for sermons and positive messages that can relate to college and the struggles through it. I work as a full time EMT in a busy city going over 50hrs a week multiple times, go to school, applying for Nursing school and sometimes i feel so overwhelmed and alone yet putting up a strong and confident appearance to get through school and work. Am so glad I found this message. Its so funny how God works. He literally makes the impossible, possible and I totally needed to hear this message. Thank you so much Sadie for sharing your wisdom with me. I noticed you posted this video for a while and I had been putting it off since you posted it because I thought it would be too much of a "commitment" because it was a longer video. I didn't want to watch it even though inside me I knew that it would be beneficial. I knew I would most likely give up things I wanted to do as well because you would speak truth to me. I knew I would feel guilty for spending time doing ungodly things, which is true after watching this. But what I didn't know was that I wouldn't want to do those things. I don't want to listen to music not about God and watch tv with bad morals as much as I want to listen to godly music and watch good tv and videos. You inspire me so much and really push me to do the right thing. When you spoke about the real importance of the plankton I was in tears and I didn't know why. The only explanation is God!!! God has spoken to me through you. And what I've realized from this video is that if more Godly things go in, more Godly things will come out. Whenever I'm not focused on God I forget about the goodness and the pure bliss and understanding God gives me. But when I do hear Him I am immediately inspired and reminded of the unexplainable, overwhelming love of God. Thank you so much for being an outlet for God to me. All I have to remember to do is plug in and stay charged.

It's funny how I stumbled upon your channel from Facebook and it made all my thoughts come to life. I really have been putting me and Jesus's relationship on the back burner and forgetting that I need him because I wasn't in need at the time. I've been tearing up and crying during this video because it is so true. I really want to come back to God and get my relationship with him back in line.
