I didn’t know about the HERBIE THE LOVE BUG series either, as I was stationed in West Germany at the time in 1982. It was one of those shows that came and went in a matter of weeks. And the Disney weenies never bothered to issue the series on either VHS or DVD.
Hey mate i like to thanks a lot for share this ! This TV series it's much better than that two crap movies (love bug 1997 and Fully Loaded)! This is really real, great and very fine sequel after classic movies! Best wishes for you! I hope you you make a restoration direct from VHS and we hope you post the whole 3rd episode!
In a behind-the-scenes video pertaining to one of the Love Bug movies, they said they put in a different engine that could accomodate very high speeds.

Larry Linville! Gotta love his portrayal of an antagonist.
How come I didn't know about this series?

This Jim's friend looks like Bud Hackett...
Who would you expect, Lou Costello?
(Hackett played Costello in Bud and Lou, by the way)
The quality is better than the episodes I've seen on youtube years ago ! Will you upload the 5 full episodes ?
They will be coming soon 😉
@@permvw Nice !! Do you think disney will officialy upload thoses episodes in high quality one day ?
@@permvw You haven't upload the third episode ?
@@Noximal53 I don’t have a complete episode 3 in this quality. I do have it in lower quality but it won’t be as sharp
3:31 Herbie has turbo? Pops and bangs only happens when a car has a turbo attached to it.
You'd be surprised at what Herbie can do. And no VW Beetles back then had turbo.
In a behind-the-scenes video pertaining to one of the Love Bug movies, they said they put in a different engine that could accomodate very high speeds.
Turbos dknt make cars backfire. It judt helps the car cool the proccess. Herbie is special
Did the show ever release on dvd or vhs?
Sadly, no.
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
