@@alexg8460 When I passed the exam I was 19. First couple of years were tough! Closed a total of 5 transactions in that time but I wasn't 100% focused on the job. In the past two years I've been able to close 18+ deals with majority of them being listings and off market wholesale transactions. Slowly but surely growing the business.

I literally thought I would NEVER pass this test, because I simply did not get ANYTHING. I took the test twice and failed(both state and national), before watching your videos. I was about to give up, because the classes and books were not helping at all. But then I found you :), and everything made sense. Took the test one more time and passed both state and national last week. I actually kept getting nervous during the test, because the questions seemed too easy and obvious. Need practical training now. My broker isn’t providing any training because she’s too busy. I have some potential buyers and have shown them properties with the understanding that they’re pre qualified and awaiting pre-approval. My broker isn’t helping me and I need tips on how to tell them they need preapproval before I spend more time with them. I asked my broker what to do if they’ve now asked if they can ask if owners of one of the homes they’re most interested in will be willing to do xyz. She’s super busy and is acting like I should already know...

I watched your videos all through real estate school and for a month before I took my state test. Because of you I passed the test the 1st time and within 2 hours of the 4 hour test. I was very confident. Your Awesome don't listen to your sister.
I watch your videos. But i disagree with you statement on. Motivational content. Because it works for me. I feed off of it. Every now and again ill listen to a motivational video to bring me in my zone. I've learned so many things and been inspired in so many ways from motivational content. Fail forward, dont quit, why power. Like you said yourself how does somebody know whats good for you. I love to see Motivational content in a world so negative. When i get anxiety about pushing my comfort zones, i listen to a motivational video about pushing. I feed myself with this content very frequently. And it had affected my life drastically. I probally wouldnt be a licensed realestate agent if it hadn't for me absorbing this type of content of the course of the last 5 years But love your videos man. It helped me so much

I passed my NJ exam today thanks to watching your videos! I got a little dizzy when I saw the PASS because I thought of everything I wanted to do already, but I'm taking it slow to make sure I don't trip over myself.
I just got my GA license, yesterday, thanks in part to Prep Agent, THANK YOU 🙂. My license is currently inactive because in GA you can receive an inactive license when you don’t have a broker.p, and it can remain inactive indefinitely, as long as you pay your fees and keep your education up to date.
I was told I can’t change commission rate and I have to stay with him for 2 years due to marketing... He wants to open a new office which I will work at... thanks to this video I will go interview him and not worry about the 50/50 commission split. Thank you
