"You can't outsource soul." I felt that in my core. It's a wholly different feeling to get flowers from your husband that he went to the florist and picked up than it is to get flowers his assistant called and ordered delivered to your house. Technically it's the same thing - a bouquet of flowers. But in reality, it's just NOT the same thing.

Dude, this episode was FIRE! 🔥 Jesse Itzler's 2025 planning tips are legit, and I had to drop a quick list of the main ideas for everyone.
If you wanna crush it next year, ditch the resolutions, and create a life you love, check it out! You'll be glad you did. 😉
🎉 Planning an Epic 2025 with Jesse Itzler's Framework! 🎉
    📝 I. Year-End Closeout (Dec/Early Jan):
    🧹 1. Physical Declutter:
    👕 Closet: Donate unworn clothes.
    🗄 Desk: Clear clutter.
    🚗 Car: Remove junk.
    💻 2. Digital Declutter:
📧 Emails: Net zero inbox, Unsubscribe.
    📱 Apps: Delete unused apps.
📂3. Financial Prep: Create files for 2025.
    💌4. Gratitude: Write 20-30 thank-you letters.
    🤔5. Personal Review: "The Blender"
    ❓ Life in a blender. Rate 1-10.
📉 Identify 2-3 areas to improve.
    🗓 II. Yearly Planning System:
⛰ 1. Misogi: 1 BIG year-defining challenge. Put it on your calendar.
    🧳 2. Kevin's Rule: Mini-adventure every 8 weeks.
➕3. Winning Habits: Add 1 new habit each quarter. Put it on your calendar.
📅 4. Calendar Visual: Use a big calendar to plan & track.
    🔋 III. Daily "Vitamins":
❤1. List Your Loves: Activities that energize you.
✅2. Daily Dose: Do 2-3 of these daily.
    ✍IV. Weekly Prep:
🗓1. Review and Plan: Plan your week on paper.
    🔑 Key Mindset:
💪 Take control, don't let the year happen to you.
🚀 Start today, it is not too late.
    ⏱ Prioritize "Time Richness".
    🗓 Be intentional, schedule fun.
🤏 Small, consistent habits over big changes.
    🗺 Say yes to adventure.
⏳ Don't waste time, make every year count!

I take a similar approach to organising the house before Jan 1st.
Clean & organise my office, clean my gym.
I use onetab extension to save websites I need to revisit, from Dec 26-30 I sort this list of websites into categories of save to folder, scrape and store data, delete
Organising for the year ahead is key. Great ep lads

I can't write you guys a letter, but you definitely deserve a big thank you. Thank you for the entertaining and useful content you put out. I learned so much just by watching your videos, and I enjoyed the ride. It's like having access to information that doesn't belong to me or seems so far away. I guess that is the power of the internet.
I don't want to go into detail in the comment section, but long story short: thank you for being some sort of teachers for me. Thank you for the entertainment and education.

Sam thinks the biggest downside in his life is his addiction to social media. In fact, his biggest downside is that despite exceling in the important areas (health, family, fortune), he obsesses so much about the one small thing wrong that he views his life as a failure (6/10=F). His real weakness is not social media addiction, it's that he can appreciate what he has and may never be truly happy.

It’s a great observation but the point behind the exercise is to be transparent and not just give cute answers, can he be more content sure but the goal is to have a phenomenal life in all areas of his life and if he believes social media is holding him back that’s great because it’s the honesty and transparency with one’s self that holds the most value

Yeah I was annoyed when he started talking about his weight as an average looking build. While people with weight issues that are in physical pain are probably watching this rolling their eyes 🙄 Like dude just sounded like he wanted a pitty party over that pinch of fat and being on Ig

    • @theseaman64
      @theseaman64 3 дні тому

But it's his life and he knows where he wants to be so no one can tell sometime their view on their own life is wrong

    • @brentdavidson1

@@TheRaissareneeI understand but I think that misses the point that body size issues can be biological health (actually too much fat) and psychological health (need to look a specific type of physique). Many body builders very much struggle with body size issues for example.
