The thing is with Eva’s backstory, it reminds me of the bowler hat guy from meet the Robinsons where he’s walking down the halls and the kids are talking to him in a friendly way and he goes “they all hated me”
I love Eva still, but I really feel in my heart that if she had given everyone more time, they'd have warmed up to her! Her true self was so endearing and goofy! But by the time the game tournament was planned, she had already taken the traitor perk and sealed her fate😢
Not to mention, I can see where she is coming from. Anyone she was close to in school abused her. She generalised her pain because that is all she knew. Every time she wrote a science or literature paper, she was ignored. She was stuck in this mathematical box. I feel awful for her.
@@roseslime713 She'd lived with so many bad experiences with friendship, that once she FINALLY had the chance to have true friends (Damon & Diana, who both reached out to her), she couldn't even recognize it😓I feel bad for her as well, despite the pain she caused 😞
Eva didn't know she would have to kill someone until AFTER she took the perk. Tozu pretty much trapped her with it, even if she was being selfish, she wasn't being outright malicious by trying to get the perk, she had NO IDEA what it would mean.
SPOILERS I have a feeling Wolfgang saw his mom in Diana, and the fact that he's "finally" meeting her leads me to believe that Wolfgang's dad must have killed his mother. And he was afraid of becoming his father. Perhaps that's why Wolfgang wanted to become a lawyer and why he has strong feelings about justice and protecting women.
I think this is the most likely answer! (along with him mistaking Diana for his father as well) It kills me that we might not ever know what he was about to say. Wolfgang, who did you want to be known as?
i was thinking the same thing!! it's also pretty interesting that Cara (the dummy in the prologue) kinda looks like his mom as well?? which is probably one of the reasons he got so emotional during the trial, apart from having a strong sense of justice
also shes literally so distrustful of others its ironic that when shes about to die she holds up her hand for help, even if she is asking a dummy and not a real person, aka a dummy she declared first herself. Her last moment is her regret of not trusting others while falling to the fire
actually not regret i guess anger for the whole situation and death falling upon her, even though she says she has "done nothing wrong" and its "not her fault", yet she still has the audacity to reach out her hand for others in that dying moment. If actual people won't help her, why does she think a non living object will? The dummy will? So I guess a little bit of regret? but at the same time her face says it all that she is not having it, despair looking aah

*spoilers Fun little theory, but I’m like 99% sure when Wolfgang was drugged up, since Diana actually kinda resembles his mother, that’s who he was seeing. Then, when she got closer to him and by extension to the light, she became a lot clearer and then his mother “disappeared,” thus sparking his rage.
I Keep seeing predictions and things on the mastermind but i genuienly don't think there will be one honestly because the devs already confirmed that project:edens garden has no correlation with the danganronpa world and its cliches ( for example: 2 victims for chapter 3 and big person dying in chapter 4 ) taking these examples into account i feel like there wouldn't be a mastermind but instead *SPOILERS FOR CH 1 SPOILERS FOR CH 1* When we hear Evas motive for murder she basically explains because she used the perk tozu forced her into a difficult situation of a kill or be killed scenario where if she didn't kill anyone she would die and he never specified how many days she would have left. Taking this into account it seems Tozu can have loopholes in the school "Rules" and make exceptions to interfere in the killing game most likely through these perks based off my observations , i believe that instead of a mastermind there will most likely be a guilty pressured accomplice most likely someone who activated a perk unknowingly or thought it was something that could give them an advantage but soon found out it actually was a sentence to become tozus "accomplice" i feel like something like this would fit better with edens garden where the person is doing it unwillingly but they are still a accomplice trying to sew seeds of distrust among the group i have a bit of a guess on who it could honestly be my 2 guesses are currently Toshiko and Wenona ill explain in a bit: Toshiko: She constantly shows that she is vulnerable not just physically but mentally aswell after chapter 1 ingrid comforts her and toshiko seems to find comfort in ingrid i can see ingrid being a blackend/murderer and toshiko despairing and losing trust in people cause the sole person she trusted murdered someone and i can see her locking herself in her dorm / room potentially for days until she breaks and tries to find a way to gain an advantage to stay alive as i assume she'd get a wake up call or something of the sorts and begin searching for something anything and probably stumbles upon a puzzle thats romance related as thats how eva got her perk she solved a puzzle that was math related so i assume toshiko would find a love themed puzzle that tozu most likely was banking on her to find and she'd probably get some type of advantage but get forced into being an accomplice for tozu trying to accelerate the killing game. Wenona: now with wenona, during fte(free time events) and during the prologue trial and chapter 1 trial we see she is a person who is logical , a bit self-centered, knows her self worth , but also is extremely firm and head strong in her opinions that it comes off as her being aggressive this is actually seen alot in chapter 1's trial where she kind of berates? Damon in a way when she argues against him so i can see her after seeing evas execution trying to find a logical but also self preserving way out without teaming up with someone as she probably took note first hand during the trial how eva turned her back on Damon (though i wouldn't blame her in those circumstances honestly but u get the point) she'd probably begin investigating the school , trying to find loopholes in the rules where she can exploit them for her benefit as she is after all a entrepreneur, and has ammassed a fortune so i'd assume she'd know alot about loop holes and exploitation in the business and marketing industry she'd most likely come across perk and keep it to herself probably pondering on whether to open it or not and i feel like a murder would occur before she can make a decision and eventually she gives in and opens the perk as she just went through another gruesome trial and witnessed a rather unpleasant execution most likely so i assume that would push her over the edge and she would open the perk and become an accomplice.

Eva wouldn't be avoided if she just didn't say what she said in the prologue. Yea, she might have been partially right in certain conversations, but in a killing game, I completely understand why everyone was cautious or avoiding Damon and Eva, because no one was trying to hear Damon throwing shade at other ultimates and Eva saying how everyone is gonna kill, when they want to live civilized in a game where they are forced to kill.
