Thanks Caleb! It was a lot of fun hanging out with him, he is a funny guy 😁😁 the finish in the beer bottle was a hard one to film, I kept getting tempted to drink it 🤣🤣
Thanks, the live edge was just sitting around looking for a new home after I cut it off the serving board I made last year. One day I will figure out this camera angle thing! I pretty much mastered it on the drill press (always shoot from the same angle there) but with these hand held drills they just seem to get in the way! lol. Thanks for watching🍻👍🍻

Hello Alexandra. You have created a wonderful box (chest) for your favorite drinks today. I think your original design is more beautiful. The size is more beautiful and decorative for 8 packs of beer. As if you made it for more packs of beer, it would look rough and overdone. You did a good job. and this time you deserve beer more. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing. Warm hug. Great greetings.... (nice joke pouring oil from beer bottle)

Great video and caddy my friend! Turned out really good! At first i thought does he really put beer over it!! The secind thought i had, is he really zipping the bottle with linsead oil 🤣🍻 great build buddy! #upcomingmakers 👊
Thanks Stan! The 24 pack is great in the winter, just leave it outside 😄 I'm more concerned that i couldn't lift 24 beers with one hand 🤣 appreciate your support 👍🍻
While I'm sat here drinking English cider I thought it appropriate to watch a Canadian make a beer caddy and a great beer caddy it is. Your sober though come on Grant get a grip😂🍻🍻🍻
hahaha very true! but if you borrow my caddy, I would appreciate the tip! I never knew I was drinking such nice finish all this time 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for watching 👍🍻
@8:40 I know my beer consistency and that ain't beer haha. We know our beer well here in Aus it rains it here. Also love the live edge the caddy is beautiful
Very nicely done. I am going to have to try beer on wood or try drinking teak oil to see, which works best for us. As others have stated, I really like how you cut a straight edge. We will have to use that method. On a side note: I cringed seeing your nice vehicle in the workshop with all the sawdust flying around. Ultimately, that becomes sand paper when you wash it off and it will scratch the clear coat on your nice vehicle!
I'd suggest not trying to drink the teak oil, it's probably poisonous 😮 but let me know about how the beer finish goes 😁😁 my vehicle is more than 20 years old and she is full of scratches already, so i don't worry about a bit of dust. Plus, if i never wash it then it can't scratch the clear coat 🤣🤣 thanks for watching 👍🍻
That hot gluing wood-to-straight-wood use to be my go to method to getting a straight edge on a board. I’m not a beer drinker...maybe I can put some IBC in there? Nice one Grant!
Thanks Rob, i even have a jointer jig, but it was buried behind the car and it seemed like less work to use the hot glue 🤣🤣 i think you can put any kind of drink in there, IBC, Dr. Pepper, monster, whatever floats your boat. But I'll be sticking with my beer 😁😁 thanks for watching 👍🍻
