Hi Melissa. The things you were wondering about macaroons or macarons. They are the French macarons shaped, meringue and almond based, they are sandwich cookies because with macaroons they are mainly made of coconut and not French and look like mountains in the US. I like how fun your videos are. 😊
Put your eggs in water (deep enough to cover well) in a pan, bring to a rolling boil, remove from heat and put a lid on and let it sit for 15 min. Drain hot water, add cold water and peel eggs. Works for me everytime!

How long you cook your eggs for? As mong as there is lots of water that the eggs always stay covered as you boil the water they will evenly cook. I always leave mine in 15 mins plus depending on size of eggs.
