Wonderful video, I wish it was available a little earlier as I had to make the video myself :) For Grad Schools from personal experience, They require you to answer three questions: 1. Who you are and what you've done most recently. (15-20 seconds) 2. Why the course of your choice at that university helps you and why that university needs you over someone else. ( 20-30 seconds) 3. Thanking them for the opportunity and time for considering your application. (10-20 seconds) What not to include: 1) personal achievements 2) hobbies 3) skills and whatever is included in your resume. Note: 1. Enunciation and Verbal Punctuation is essential. they do overlook a few grammatical errors but its okay to not get it absolutely right. And record at one length with errors included.. you can edit the video later and cut out the errors. 2. Be honest. Do not make up facts and include irrelevant information.

For CA final student , he doesn't have extra curricular activities like sports. Also don't have acvount Facebook, instagram, whatsapp etc., Good in multi languages french, arabic, english, hindi and tamil. What is merits and demerits in above profile

Good initiative and help for beginners, the interviewee is so nervous as per extensive hand motions and less eye contact(probably avoiding the gorgeous cleavage lol), on contrast the interviewer is much more confident, relaxed and smiling face. I would say follow the 'interviewer' communication style and apply the tips given. cheers
