thanks! yeah afaik you can't have livesplit over the gameplay if you're not playing in windowed mode. it's still controllable in fullscreen, but you can't see the splits, so i recommend playing in borderless
Thank You! i was thinking about it. it could probably save a few seconds here and there, but that's if you know how to change gears effectively. I don't have any experience with manual so i'd probably need a long time to learn it, and until that it'd actually lose me time. Most people run with automatic anyway and i don't think i'll try to learn it any time in the near future
@@dvrk7 Interesting. I wonder how much time would actually be saved. I suppose that it could be something you can do on a chill stream/video, or something. :)
That's another category of Euro Truck Simulator 2 speedrunning (IGT). ua-cam.com/video/oXmaGJLhtM8/v-deo.html Also, certain speedrunning categories are about taking advantage of all in-game resources to reach a goal as fast as possible. Thus, this is a speedrun, and a legitimate one at that.
I've done an IGT run actually and it got verified today. It's on the leaderboards. I'm also gonna make it public on yt now, so i recommend that if You want a pure point to point rally with no warping
as the description says, 9:36 is time without loads, which is the more important time by which runs are ranked. i didn't have the load remover on during the run so the timer displays time with loads
Here because of Jimmer!!
me too
😀
That save at 9:38 was beautiful, great run.
Nice run, din't know that cut was possible on the Rotterdam split. Will defiantly be using that one.
do u need to play in windowed borderless to have livesplit over the gameplay? great run btw

Jimmy Broadbent brought me here. Nice driving. Have you ever tried doing a speedrun using a manual gearbox?

9:31 how are you going that fast?? i know in ets2 you can go max 150 km/H
you can go 175+ with the right truck configuration.
there's a guide on sr.c describing it: www.speedrun.com/ets2/guide/valdy
whta type of wheel are u useing?
None, I'm using my mouse to steer
I was hoping you will actually drive the entire distance....this is speedrunning....not casually warping from one service station to another
