There’s really no way to say this other than to say it - this is the best interpretation/cover of a Fahey composition I’ve ever heard. I’ve seen many great guitarists like Daniel Bachman, Bill MacKay, Michael Chapman, and this performance was among the very best I saw from them. Your hands are magic man.

For me, his music, especially his early recordings, have such a haunting quality to them, always felt that there was something so much deeper going on than just the notes he played. I think one can only strive to get close to his sound but never quite reaching it. Thanks for having a listen.
