      In our ServiceNow setup, we don't differentiate between L1 and L2 levels. With ITSM, we treat it as one level, while for ITOM and other products, we consider it as L2.

    Where we can find archive records incidents in service now

      In ServiceNow, archive records incidents can typically be found in the "Archived" section of the Incident application. Here are the steps to locate them:
      Log in to your ServiceNow instance.
      In the navigation pane, select the "Incidents" module.
      From the list of available options, select "All" to view all incidents.
      On the right-hand side of the page, there is a filter section. In the "State" filter, select "Archived."
      This should display all the archived incidents in your ServiceNow instance.
      If you are not able to locate the archived incidents using these steps, you may need to check your ServiceNow instance's configuration to ensure that archiving is enabled and configured correctly.
